I store my bike here in the winter, it is always secure and clean, they have clear procedures and rules which I respect in a huge way when I'm leaving my prized possession in your care. This place is amazing. High quality service, attention to detail, friendly and CLEAN. I've lived and stored all over this country and can tell you this is a quality place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They even have a super sweet and friendly doggo who carries around a stuffed animal and wags his whole body because he's happy to see you. I have 2 storage units with these guys . I sold my 4 bedroom home and moved everything into storage. I moved to Michigan, I hired a moving company to come to storage and move all of my belongings to Michigan. We arrived at the storage unit on a Saturday around 4 pm. I get to the gate and my code doesn't work. I called the assistance hotline and they checked to make sure I was current and I was. They attempted to give me a temporary passcode which didn't work. I explained to them that I had moved out of state and I was at the gate with a moving company and I really needed to get in. They called 5 emergency numbers from their list which I was told were all managers and no one answered their phone. They sent emails to all of the managers also and told them that it was an emergency and I needed to get into the storage unit to move my stuff out, they left them my number to call me back. I waited at the gate for almost 4 hours trying my code over and over again and waiting on a call or a manager to pull up to let me in. No one showed up and no one called. I paid the moving company for their 4 hours that they spent there and they ended up keeping my deposit for the move. I received a call that Monday apologizing and was given excuses why no one answered and that the gate wasn't working and was told that I would receive a call back to discuss a discount. A few days later I come back to town and rented a uhaul to start moving my belongings to Michigan myself and I realize I'm locked out of the gate again. The property manager gave me a bill which covered about a week or so and told me that it was due and that I needed to pay it And that she had given me 2 or three days free for the code not working. I was beyond upset at this time and explained to her that my things would have been moved out way in advance if the gate worked and if they did their job and answered the phone when they were called to let me in. She went on to tell me that if I don't pay that she would send the bill to collections and I told her that's what she had to do and that I wanted the code to start moving my belongings because I had just driven from Michigan yet again and spent money on a uhaul and gas. She gave me the code and had the nerve to tell me that I was bullying her. I called the assistance number again and asked them if they would have the district manager call me. I received a call within 3 hours from the district manager. She was very apologetic and offered me the month for free to get my belongings moved out. I was very appreciative that she was allowing me time to move my things without continuing to charge me. I have been back and forth to TN from Michigan 3 times already in a uhaul trying to get my 4 bedroom house moved on my own and I've spent over 2,000 just on renting uhauls and I'm still not done moving and my free month is up. So I am here in TN again with a uhaul to move things to Michigan . On top of paying for a uhaul again, gas , missing work and etc I'm having to start back paying on these storage units until I get everything out. Please rent a storage unit somewhere else if you want true professionalism and not to be punished and charged for the companies mistakes! read more

I actually went here for an auction. We waited almost an hour after the scheduled time to begin which was annoying. The worst part were the 2 women running the auctions. They would let they're "high rollers" look inside for as long as they wanted to. When they were done these "ladies" would ignore the people at the end of the line who didn't have a chance to look in and start the auction while people are still trying to look. They would these 3 men who were all over 6 feet tall stand shoulder to shoulder in front of the units so no one else could get a peek. My bid wasn't even taken at first. Once the bidding began these 2 guys were taking forever to bid and allowed to "pow wow" between bids. As soon as I took over 10 seconds to bid it was sold to them. It looks classy but there was nohing classy about the 2 "ladies" taking the bids. Disappointed with te horrble service here, will never go back. read more
