As far as Love's stations go it's pretty standard, generally the bathrooms are kept in decent condition, it's not a huge store so it might not have the same selection as some larger stations but it should still have at least a little of pretty much anything you need. Getting in or out can be a little traffic heavy sometimes but overall it's a pretty well run and convenient station. One of your better options if you're in the area and need to make a stop.

The setup is simple: They instruct drivers to sign in, but they lock the office doors after a certain time so you physically cannot do it. (Even though signs say 24-hour parking) Our driver tried to follow the rules at 2:00 AM but was locked out. They towed our truck about 5 miles away and demanded nearly $11,000 to get it back. For a same day tow! They held our truck hostage for hours, ripped up our front bumper during the tow, and forced us to sign a liability waiver just to recover our equipment. This isn't an isolated incident. If you look at other reviews you'll see they charged other carriers an identical $9,000 ransom fee. Also seen reviews where they routinely lock vehicles up, threaten drivers while they are still in the cab, and rob people blind. Public federal registries show NMLD LLC is not even Authorized for interstate towing operations in North Carolina. If that's the case they are operating illegally outside of their Michigan registry. If you value your equipment and your business, do not pull into this lot.

Meanwhile, Leslie used her own cell phone to call every locksmith she could find, but like most of us, locksmiths take Sundays off! She then called the non-emergency police number and explained the situation. Two officers came out and were struggling with the kit they had. A frequent customer to the store arrived, offered his help, and had our car open in no time! Everyone was so helpful and friendly! Thank you Leslie, for taking the time to make sure we were helped, and bringing a bowl of water out to our poor doggie, once the car was open!

With the attitude of someone deprived of attention as a child and now as a man child. Informes me there is no over night parking and I need to leave before he calls the police. Which NOT ONE SIGN did I see from where I was parked nor when I got gas and coffee the night before.
