He and his apprentice Matt dug a trench to run new wire and conduit to my garage and left my yard looking nearly like they were never there. They were careful to remove the dirt and grass in blocks that they could put back. Doug also replaced a new light fixture I bought for my garage roof, over-looking the yard for a very reasonable add-on charge. The entire project was about 65% less than the other company I brought in for a quote. Highly recommend Roman Electric, and Doug, especially!

I had Prestige Mechanical help me out with a thermostat issue a last year, and knew they did great work at fair prices, so I gave Jason a call and he came out the same day. I had no heat, so thankfully he was able to work his magic and get it running. He also took the time to explain and show me what was wrong with it, and told me I needed to have a new one installed. Unfortunately, the replacement furnace was on back order, so he suggested a different option that was in stock with his supplier. I gave him the ok, and a day or two later he was at my house first thing and had it installed in no time. Thanks Jason and Prestige Mechanical!

While I was not crazy about Pam in our initial interaction, she got better over time. After comparing multiple bids, I selected Seider, their Daikin Central Air unit came with an almost unheard of 12 year parts and labor warranty. With a little back and forth with Todd on a time for installation, we were all set. Pam and I scheduled the day and time and sure enough, the installers were there exactly when Pam said they would be. Just two minor quibbles that prevented five stars here: 1) After installation, the installers left behind some screws on the floor that I naturally stepped on in stocking feet several days later. 2) The electrician asked before using my bathroom, but did not feel the need to wash his hands afterwards. Everything else was great and I would use them again in the future.

Seider had someone answering the phone even tho they were not open which was a definite plus to me. They estimated a big window for service (5+hrs) but when all was said and done the tech was at my door within an hour of my initial call. Brandon was very polite and solved the problem quickly. My initial contact with Capital was spurred by my recollection of hearing their weekly radio spots on AM radio. On their radio show they frequently made the point of Capital's complete analysis of your existing system and equipment. Justin D. explained in language I could understand and answered all my questions. I appreciated their respect for my home and wore disposals slip on booties. I noticed they were the only HVAC company to actually use a scope type camera tool to validate problem areas. They showed me, real time, what they discovered. I feel they were the most thorough and felt my issues were each addressed.
