I asked the salesman Brian to give me his best price out the door and that is exactly what he did. I was very pleased. My son will be so excited on Christmas morning when he wakes up. Excellent Service, Parts department is very knowledgeable and the Parts Manager Bryant was more than helpful. I asked for a few parts for the bike I just purchased and instead of passing me on to someone else Bryant grabbed some parts books checked availability, gave me good price, and got parts ordered that day. Purchased Yamaha rhino 2012. The sale man told me it was in very good condition and I should put a down payment on it. So I did I live in TN so it was a few weeks before I could get there. When I got there it was in mint condition 45 miles on it. $ 6000.00 extras on it they were great to work with. They call the owner and I got the original exhaust and ship it to me no charge. Interstate Cycle is amongst the nicest dealerships in NC. The facility is immaculate and the staff are well trained. When a dealership shows 300 + ratings on Google and 4.5 it is hard to understand how Yelp with 7 reviews (hiding all the good reviews) and 2 star could be considered accurate. Yelp clearly extorts small business through forcing businesses to uses their marketing program to build reputation. Yelp itself has horrible reviews through their own system. Clearly not a proper platform for businesses such as this. read more
