It was a Toyota Camry, so I didn't really care. Now that I have a luxury vehicle, you can't use aftermarket parts for everything. Thanks again to H&A for the excellent service. Communication throughout the process was poor -- I had to chase updates and felt left in the dark more than once. But the real issue came when I picked up my 4Runner. The damage was to the rear bumper, and I immediately noticed the rear hatch would no longer stay open. When I brought it to their attention, I was told they hadn't touched the hatch. But there were absolutely no issues with it when I dropped the vehicle off. They chalked it up to coincidence, refused to take any responsibility, and were very dismissive. Last week Thursday I made the appointment for warranty replacement due to stress fractures on the glue line that have now spread like crazy. They canceled it. I rescheduled it as a non warranty appointment and they canceled it again. So this time I try calling but guess what it gets sent to some distant IT center in India. With zero way of talking to someone in the store. So I just say screw it and pay the $600 something out of pocket ahead of time. It wasn't canceled BUT they scheduled me for Friday The next day... Something felt wrong so I called again and waited forever to speak to someone. They said my glass wouldn't even arrive to the store until Saturday. So they rescheduled me to today Tuesday the 7th. For 7am. Weird part is I got a text saying my service for the 7th was started and completed in less than a minute. On Friday (if your lost Friday is not Tuesday the 7th)... so I call again and they assure me nothing is wrong. But when I called the line the automated system said I don't have an appointment associated with my phone number. Anyway I get here at 6:50am and guess what... they don't open till 8am. So I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting past my appointment time after I just drove 30 minutes at the crack of dawn for this. And it's going to interfere with work. So regardless of if they replace my glass perfectly and there are zero issues, which from all the terrible reviews seems unlikely, this will still have been a terrible multi day experience. Never using this company again I'd rather have Chris fix show me how to do it in my driveway. EDIT: I walk in at 7:53 the lights didn't come on in the lobby nor was the door unlocked until about 7:30. I walk in and they said they saw me in my car outside waiting and no one thought o come get me. Then told me they were not able to do my glass unless I left it with them. I'm 45 minutes away from home roughly. Dude straight up lied to my face and said they unlocked the door at 7. I walked up at 6:50, 7, 7:10, and 7:20 trying to enter. So lying employees, terrible scheduling, canceling warranty appointments so they don't lose money and very much overpriced to begin with. This place can fall off a cliff and society would be a better place for it. UPDATE: April 19th my 3-5 business days refund never came so I had to dispute with navy federal. I hate this company with a fiery passion. I've never disputed a charge in my life. But lord this was so fun to do.

He made the recommendation for me to use this company instead, and they sent out Bernard Cook (technician) within 24 hours. This company will come to to you for no extra charge, and repair your windshield for a reasonable price. I know I have used Safelite and in the past it as gone through insurance and I didn't want to keep doing that because my premiums are through the roof. So their quote of a $75 flat rate was so refreshing to see, as Safelite was $125 and I had to go there. Since I work from home right now due to COVID, I went with with Bernard and it was totally worth it. The entire process took 20 minutes. It's not perfect, but it is filled and with a lifetime guarantee- which is good enough for me. It was a STRONG strike from a stone, so I am just thankful that it wasn't worse. Thank you for your professionalism, Bernard came out with a mask and was working on this right away upon arrival. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ANY MORE THAN I AM RIGHT NOW!
