Marty and Larry were amazing! What started as the worst day ever was quickly improved by these two young men. My car would not start this morning until my husband hooked cables up to the battery and pressed a button. Then I was on my way. After working a long day and having electrical issues, I was ready to head home. The same thing happened, car would not start. A couple of my coworkers came to assist thinking that I may need a jump. I handed them the power pack, which they hooked to my battery and pressed a button. It started. I refused to turn off my car until I reached a location where my battery could be replaced. At my first stop, I was informed that the battery needed for my car was available. AND, it was on sale for 5$ off. BUT, they no longer do installs because too many customers were filing false damage claims. Are you kidding me? I had turned off my car thinking I was good. Said a quick prayer to make it across the street to the strip mall where Interstate Battery was located. Car started, I made it. Went in a bit frazzled and, I did NOT turn off my car. Lol. I took a slow, deep breath and asked for assistance. The young man came outside and asked me to pop my hood. I said: "I'll pop the hood but I'm not turning off my car." He looked at me and smiled. He said: "I'll be right back." He came back and told me that he had good news and bad news. I braced for the worst. Good news; we have your battery. Bad news; we can't install it without you turning off your car. He had me in tears cracking up. After the day I was having, for him to make me laugh like that was priceless. The install took less than fifteen minutes. They also informed me that I had the original manufacturer battery in my car and that it was seven years old. I purchased a $275.00 Battery in April 2023. Starting September 2023 the Battery started going Bad! I had to get several jump starts. and finally the motor club wasn't able to jump start my vehicle so i had it towed to Cadilac dealership. Which they diagnosed more insult to injury I had to pay dealership $235.00 to diagnose the Battery as being NO Good! When I purchased Battery from interstate i was lied to that there was a 3 year warranty but when i needed interstate to replace the Battery they refused to! Ted the manager was very rude and nasty and when i called him out on selling me a bad battery. He became very angry and said that he's done with me and he hung up on me! This Company is a Scam! The installation was fast. The battery was cost effective and the warranty makes me confident in the reliability and life of the battery.

I had no idea this location was even here. I ran into a dead battery fiasco after Subaru Service told me my battery tested fine and was "good to go." Minding you this was after I already noted the battery was leaking. Sure enough, once the cold weather started, car was dead and needed to be jumped. After yelling at Subaru, I asked for an aftermarket alternative for batteries and they recommended Interstate. I Googled Interstate and found this location minutes from my home. I called and the guy who answered gave me prices, confirmed they had my battery size in stock and told me he could install it too. I ran over and they swapped my battery out in 10 minutes. Tested my old battery and confirmed that it was garbage and Subaru Service was dumb. I got a warranty with the new battery and I was good to go with a good price. I will continue to buy my batteries from this location. Appreciate the help guys. read more

I came late today for a battery check and to make an appointment for a new one but as soon as I walked in, I was treated incredibly well and within 15 min of walking in, I had the new battery installed. Was at an appointment in one of the buildings next store last week when I realized after my appointment my car battery was dead. Thankfully we noticed this shop was right next store and the guy working here was absolutely awesome and not only was very kind enough to let us use a battery to help jump the car but even came out and assisted since we were having trouble on figuring it out. Ted is a wonderful man! This location is knowledgeable and friendly. From the moment I called on the phone for a quote to my arrival. Upon arrival he couldn't have find the battery that he quoted me so he called and said it would be there for 20 minutes but he could give my friend a better one for less money.
