THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Amazing customer service. Far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend. Went to Batteries Plus in Hillsborough, NC to get my old cell phone battery replaced. It is the kind which is not easily removed and the removal process takes about 2 hours. It was very fairly priced as well considering all the time/labor spent and the battery cost. The staff were outstanding and had the new battery in the shop in less than 12 hours and fixed it perfectly the next day. Do check them out. You too will be very pleased and surprised.

The website is useless, with no prices or information listed. It says to call. Since nobody ever answered I went and bought a battery somewhere else. Easy enough. With limited hours and locations it was a simple choice.. Take your battery needs to a national chain where you have a national warranty, and people who actually answer their phone.

He asked that they refund my money and for me to follow up with the competitor if the problem persists. He tested my battery and confirmed that the issue was not the battery as previously diagnosed.
