We were passively looking for the last 2 years and Kelly was just the best, sent us weekly updates of homes in our area and called out specific ones that matched our interests, but was never pushy or sales-y. Worked with us through our "let's buy a fixer upper", "let's buy a duplex/triplex", to the SFH we ultimately settled on. He was wildly responsive, would proactively tour houses we were interested in, and in the closing period would send us texts in the morning on what to expect/what was upcoming. When we had that "oh shoot does the house have..." he'd either roll up his sleeves and under the porch deck (literally) or swing by the property for the 18th time to double check. He also made us handyman/plumber lists, best food nearby lists, and would ask us what he could measure in the new house when he was swinging by. This is a property management review regarding George Cusing at Intero Real Estate As a tenant, I was shocked by the response by George Cusing and the landlord he represents. My unit was flooded from backed up pipes due to a problem in the building (not my unit). George Cusing did not keep me well informed and his responses to my requests were minimal and he kept asking me to send him an email. In the end, he and the landlord hired an attorney who George asked me to direct all my communications to. Which may explain his poor communication and his requests for me to send him email. After I asked the lawyer to verify if my rent would be abated due the unusable state of the unit, they posted a 30-day notice to end my tenancy on the door for public viewing! The notice stated they would take legal action against me if I did not vacate by the end of 30-days. To me, George's Property Management style is dismissive of tenants and downright cut-throat. I just bought my first home and was fortunate enough to run into William Castillo at an open house in Upland. I was working with another agent at the time who was really great but they were an older couple and I felt like their child they would lug around from home to home and I was afraid to speak my mind around them. So by chance I ran into William and another Intero agent at that open house. The second agent was very aggressive, asking me a million questions and promising me he will send me all these listings. Now, being a first time home buyer on my own I was very turned off by this type of personality because I felt overwhelmed. I had put in an offer for a home in Montclair with my original agent, but it didn't work out and I was really frustrated. By chance, I found William's card in my car and had decided to message him, and it worked out really well. He was younger than my original agent and more relatable for me. He was also not pushy at all. The first time I met up with William to look at some homes I had no idea what I was looking for. We looked at a ton of homes, all drastically different and in different areas. I could tell he was slightly annoyed with me, but his comments helped me narrow down what I was really looking for. Within two weeks we had put in an offer for another home, which also didn't work out and I was beyond frustrated with the emotional roller coaster. William talked me off the ledge and kept me motivated in searching for my home. Literally 3 days later a home in the same complex was listed and now I'm sitting in my living room of that home writing this review! I came from LA to buy a home in Rancho Cucamonga and on few occasions took the train out here and William would pick me up from the train station and dropped me back off when we were done. He also has helped me find a tenant for my second bedroom! He went above and beyond to facilitate things! Review of Leticia Palos and Intero, First, I'd like to start by saying that this company has absolutely no integrity towards its clients. This especially goes towards the listing-agent Leticia Palos. She was never available, and when she was she never bothered to learn our names, and she listed the the wrong info about our home. She said she had many interested buyers, but our home stayed on the market for over two months and we never heard from anybody that was interested. She was quick to want to lower our sales price, but not her commission. If we would have kept her she would have made more money than us and we would have done all of the work. I'm rating this real estate office 1 star because unfortunately, I cannot rate 0. This was the most unprofessional unethical "transaction" I've ever had, specifically with real estate agent JOSH MERIDETH. Little did we know (or little did this agent pretend to know) that this home has major issues which he failed to disclose. JOSH kept the home as an active listing, never changing it to "PENDING" status, even after receiving our deposit and the house was in escrow. Also, the home was not permitted by the city which made it impossible for us to do an inspection. He and the seller (who had an obvious unprofessional relationship) suddenly made the decision NOT to fix any of the repairs he agreed to in the offer. JOSH MERIDETH did not do his due diligence as a real estate agent or even as a person with basic skills and work ethics. Instead he was extremely ignorant and incompetent and refused to acknowledge his role in the situation. Ultimately, we were basically forced to back out of the deal. Luckily, we have an amazing agent to was able help us through this ridiculous process. Bottom line-- DO NOT use this real estate agent. And for a company to employ a negligent dishonest agent such as JOSH MERIDETH, I would stay away from Intero altogether. read more

Truly no integrity. Neither Adrian nor Danny can be trusted. Be aware of these people. They are not there for your best interest. I trusted them with selling my house and they made so many mistakes, then all I heard is that I am sorry but there is nothing you can do. It was the most horrible experience. They took the credit for the sale, but the agent was trying to convince me to lower the price by almost $15k and I said no and the buyer ended up saying OK to my price. They will take the credit for something that they did not do. They also asked us to work with their escrow services as part of the deal (we did not know any better to say no) and the lady was so rude and made a mistake in her calculation in which she did not disclose around $1,500 in fees on the truth of lending letter but when we questioned her about it at the final escrow letter she said Ooops I forgot about it but you are responsible for it anyways. No sympathy or even saying anything. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I even email their home office and their reply was what is the name of the broker, after I told them that I do trust the broker and I would like to speak with someone at the home office, I never heard back. They are so big and think they can do whatever they please; it is like David against Goliath. read more

My husband and I listed our house for sale as "for sale by owner". Travis Arenault contacted us and convinced us to list with him as an open agreement. He also stated in the contract that if we got any buyers, he doesn't get anything. Next day he came put a sign. Then he asked for the house key. We gave it to him. He didn't put a lock box and took it in his pocket. After asking him several days to put a box and hearing all sort of excuses and threatening we don't want him as an agent, he finally came and put it (first breech of contact). He said he wants to do an open house. He did NOT post it on any MLs site. Furthermore, he took over our listing on Zillow. A month and half, not even one offer he brought to us and every time we talk to him, he kept saying he invested in the property and all he did is brought a professional photographer to take pictures of our house. Is it the realtor job to invest in the property anyway? and I don't call that investment. There are other realtors out there that will go above and beyond for your listings. He requested after months and half to do another open house and we asked him to put it on the MLS and all he did is put it on Zillow and Truilla but not MLs or realtor.com. In addition, we found out that he breeched the contact again by listing our house as "Exclusive". When we told him it is over come get your sign, he was arguing it. Then he put out our house as withdrawn and not canceled making it difficult for any other agent to do anything. We also asked him to find another house for us and we stated what exactly we wanted, he put us on an automated listing that sends automatic emails. No care to actually sit and search for his clients. After he finally removed the withdrawn, we hired another realtor and we sold our house in a month and half. He is ALL talk and no action. So many lies and lame excuses. Do Not let him deceive you. Review of Josh Meredith Escrow was due to close on a Friday so I rented a truck and arranged for people to help me. Escrow didn't close as scheduled and he didn't let me know. Escrow closed the following Tuesday and he didn't let me know. I found out three days later from the escrow officer. Then it was too late to move that weekend, so my move in was delayed another week. Further, he met me three times at the property, which was 50 miles from me. Twice he was twenty minutes late. The second time he postponed the appointment by an hour while I was on the way. I sat in a restaurant for a hour, went to the property and he was still twenty minutes late. There were other issues also. read more

I had a terrible experience with these guys, they were completely unprofessional and kept trying to poach me from my real estate agent, even after we began escrow. Super aggressive sales pitch, implying that we would not get the house if we did not go with them as agents. When the deal finally went through, they did not honor any of the verbal agreements to fix some of the things that needed repair. We figured they wouldn't, but it still sucked that they didn't. Also, they tore up our front yard to fix a septic tank issue and replaced the lawn with dirt and rocks. Sirilo Ortiz helped formulate a plan to achieve one of the biggest goals in my life, buying my first house. He started by suggesting that I get pre-approved for a loan that I felt comfortable with. Then we proceeded to analyze and evaluate what my options were given the state of the market based on my search criteria. Next we started the house hunting process by getting an MLS matrix and registering for several real estate search engine websites. After visiting a house and decided if it was to my standards we used the "best offer" strategy. From there we go into the negotiating process of the counter offer. In my case I had a best offer price of $250,000 and the bank countered $290,000 - way over market value for the home that I was attempting to purchase. Sirilo suggested we force them to re-evaluate our offer and counter offer $251,000. It was a long shot, but the bold move worked. We then entered the final stage of escrow where Sirilo suggested I at least meet with a different lender and take a look at the offer they had. Ultimately, I went with the lender Sirilo suggested because they offered a CityLift Program that helped me out with 15k towards closing costs and in turn dropped my monthly mortgage payment under 1.5k a month. Sirilo's guidance, savvy, and suggestions helped make my dream home a reality. * I've read the other reviews and can honestly say, maybe it's the realtor that you choose because Sirilo is a class act. She suggested a selling price that was appropriate for the market and value which got us multiple offers at asking price within the first few days. Within a week of listing we were in escrow!
