We were all excited to get Verizon internet until we watched our monthly bill go up beyond $300 a month, and that was without watching any movies or other streaming. We found Rocky Mountain internet two years ago and have had nothing but the best experience at what we consider to be a reasonable price. Of late, I've had some issues with it slowing down when sending emails. I contacted the Tech, Tommy, who performed some tests from his bench, and then walked me through some power up/power down troubleshooting over the phone. Long story short, it was the first time in years, that I've called for technical support anywhere, and actually been able to speak to a pleasant person I could understand! And, my internet now runs flawlessly! Thank you Tommy, and thank you Rocky Mountain internet!

They constantly send emails that they're doing upgrades so you won't have service but I've never heard of any companies doing multiple upgrades a week. Also, even when they're not supposedly doing upgrades, you still have cable outages constantly. When you call to report this, they say they have no reported outages. The funny thing is they say they don't have any reported outages and you'll have an email stating that there are outages in your area again inconsistent. I cannot wait till I move out of this complex because they don't give you any other choice. Do Not waste your money!! Choose Aby one else!!!

After calling them apparently we had too many devices connected to our modem or router I'm not exactly sure... this is not my profession. So they send us a new modem and tell us to connect it. Well this modem comes with multiple devices that we do not see anywhere near the one that we got. When we called back to have them come connect it they told us that it's self-explanatory and we need to do it ourselves. Very disappointed in the customer service and the way they spoke to us. Considering we are a salon and can't take the time from clients to fix this problem on top of that we need Wi-Fi to cash out our clients transactions. Again horrible customer service.

If you have problems, first you have to call Exede and then they ask these guys to come out and fix your problem. But there is absolutely no sense of urgency and you have to call Eagle to find out when they will be coming out because Exede has no control over it.
