The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in a Verizon store. I have been a customer of Verison for 24 years. Employees made no eye contact nor attempted to offer assistance upon entering. There were three employees. This is a very small store in the mall. The first employee was with a customer. Did not acknowledge myself and one other person who entered the store at the same time. He got up- walked past me another customer as if we were not there. I could hear voices of two other people in an area behind the counter and wall. Another employee entered the lobby. She walked right past me, and another customer sat down at a table near us. Employee proceeded to use her cell phone while a 4th customer entered the far end of the store. Zero acknowledgment to anyone, still. Another customer asked for assistance for me. Decided to give one more chance with a return. As everyone has an off day. No change. Will not return. Reserve Street Verizon was great! It's just highly inconvenient. However, inconvenience is better than poor customer service. read more

They don't know what they are doing it's a SCAM. I Called them again to get my refund of 100 dollars they took out for a damaged phone even tho I have insurance. They said I I didn't to the right paper work but I was on the phone with multiple Verizon representatives including the store and they all gave me the run around. They said they were gonna give me back the money into my bank account after I told them I didn't want the credit cause I HAVE other bills to pay and you can't keep my money when you were in the wrong. read more

This store has employees (dealth with two different two days in a row) that just seem to want you in and out, and the trade in info on my kids phone is completely different that what Verizon is telling me on the phone. They actually said "It sounds like the person did not want to do much for you" Now I am working with 800 number people just to get done what the store employees could have in 5 minutes. If you want proactive Verizon people go to the North Reserve store. We were just stuck with this store for we had to pick the phone up there. read more

This place is amazing. Their service is so much more personal. They taught me how to use my phone before I left the store and didn't make me sign up for a class. They helped cut my bill cost by looking into my account and identifying where I could save money. They also were able to save me money off my charter bill by switching me to directv and getting me hooked up with their home phone option. If you're tired of standing in line at the corporate stores and being treated like a customer instead of a person then you should go to wireless connection. read more

I must say usually, I hate going to verizon to fix something or replace something with my phone. I went to the mall location on the weekend and was suprised that it was not busy. However, upon entering the store five different employees looked over to see me enter the store, but they did not smile and greet me like you would expect. Then Maria walked from the back of the store and smiled and greeted me and ended up getting me an iphone 6, and ipad, and accessories to go with both. She was very helpful and explained everything I asked her about with kindness and patience.
