I have a wireless device to deliver internet to my home business because I live in an area where the only other option is HugesNet Satellite. (Frenchtown) Satellite is not an option for me because I have to remote connect to my office computer in town and can't do that with the lag built into that type of service. I always hit my monthly limit on my (cough) "unlimited account" the first week of every month. Usually in a few days. After that - it is slower than dialup. Speed test shows 200K download speed. Just doing a simple google search can take a minute or longer. Any web site with pictures? Multiple minutes. And don't even THINK about any sort of video (YouTube, Netflix, etc). African bushmen in a grass hut are getting better internet access than I am. And all that is the good news. The bad news is - often times it is completely unavailable. No internet at all. Calling customer service is an exercise in frustration. They hang up on you. Or cut you off mid sentence and transfer you to the wrong department. After half an hour of trying and re-trying about 8 times tonight I finally just gave up. And for the privilege of this crappy service they actually have the NERVE to charge me $130 per month. Really? $130 a month for this crap? About the only good thing I can say about AT&T is - they've got HUGE balls to price their service so high. You have been warned.

Kohl's split the order into 6 different boxes. The first box arrived today. In the box was a very, heavy cast-iron pot with 2 toys and a tween nail care set. The nail care set was crushed with its contents all over the bottom of the shipping box. Who packs a heavy item with fragile ones without putting the fragile ones in a separate box? I called the Kohl's customer assistance number. The phone tree is ridiculous to get to a real person. The online chat option wasn't working either. I was told, "You can go to the store IF they have one and exchange it (the roundtrip drive to the nearest store in good weather is over 3 hours and it is currently snowing heavily so it would be 6 or more hours of traveling) or we can process a replacement but if you don't wait for the rest of the order we cannot help you with any other damaged items." I was told the rest of the order could take until Christmas to arrive. These are Christmas gifts with some of the items needing to be mailed from my end, which means there won't be enough time for them to make it for Christmas. This is NOT customer service! I paid for undamaged items, and I should not have to wait for the other 5 boxes to arrive to file a complaint for the damaged item(s). Their Kohl's Capitol One credit card also will NOT warranty items like a normal credit card does, so avoid this as well. Definitely, NOT a good experience, and I shudder at what I'll find with the rest of the order, since there is another cast-iron pan and fragile toys and jewelry still in transit. I will NOT be able to get a replacement for the damaged nail set in time for it to be mailed and for it to arrive for Christmas. There will be a VERY disappointed child. I will have to miss a day of work to return the item to the Missoula store (if they have one in stock, which may not be the case, the representative said there was only one left at that store according to the computer but that is "often wrong"), pay for a tank of gas, add wear and tear to my car, and risk my life on the treacherous roads, or NOT have a present for the child in time for Christmas. She kept insisting that I needed one three cup sizes larger than the one I was looking for, which I'd been measured for at this same store. She kept insisting that I needed a bigger size and humiliated me in front of my husband and others in the store. I found another salesperson on the Pink side and she helped me and I tried on some bras, and ended up with one in the smaller band size, same cup size that I thought. I would not pay $50 for ONE bra if it was the wrong size just to prove someone wrong so obviously I was the size I thought. It was embarrassing and I am average size, height and weight, friendly, average looks, 58 years old. I can't figure out why she would be so snotty to me.
