They said no problem, it would take 24-48hrs and confirmed that my package would be delivered to my new address. Well, imagine my surprise when they delivered it to my old address. I raised a case with them and they confirmed that the change of address had been requested on their system but not actioned. Now, and I nearly fell off my chair they are claiming that my request to change the address was AFTER they had already delivered I pointed out that they have the chats. I had two chats with their reps. The first was the change request and the second an escalation when they delivered to the wrong address. I know they have both chats as the agent on the second chat said he would attach the second chat to the escalation. FedEx claim that there is no way to identify the date and time of the chats, something I don't believe for a second. I'd they just read the content of the first chat, even if they can't find the date, it would be obvious from the dialogue that the chat was pre delivery. FedEx know they cocked up and are just trying to cover it up. Shame on you FedEx!

There are only three computers and the store looked a bit shabby. Although all of the computers were at least ten years old the connection speed was swift. I handled all of my business within the half hour and forked up 50 pence for my usage. This place is cheap and local, so if you live in the area and your internet is down this is a good place to go.

At Quarks however, you can use their computers as you would your own, with exception to perhaps trying to feed cheese to your mouse! Print from any PC, bring your laptop or use downloads and uploads as you please. Video call a friend in another country and tell them you've won the lottery: they'll believe you when they see you get served a hot or cold drink at your PC. Quarks it seems, is all about the customer, and for those who might find the internet a strange and intimidating place, Quarks should be your port of call.
