I…read morecontacted FedEx, long before my package had even reached the UK, and asked them to change the delivery address. They said no problem, it would take 24-48hrs and confirmed that my package would be delivered to my new address. Well, imagine my surprise when they delivered it to my old address. I raised a case with them and they confirmed that the change of address had been requested on their system but not actioned. Now, and I nearly fell off my chair they are claiming that my request to change the address was AFTER they had already delivered I pointed out that they have the chats. I had two chats with their reps. The first was the change request and the second an escalation when they delivered to the wrong address. I know they have both chats as the agent on the second chat said he would attach the second chat to the escalation. FedEx claim that there is no way to identify the date and time of the chats, something I don't believe for a second. I'd they just read the content of the first chat, even if they can't find the date, it would be obvious from the dialogue that the chat was pre delivery. FedEx know they cocked up and are just trying to cover it up. Shame on you FedEx!

I also needed to sync my printer and add Clickfree . I had a dozen other questions and Helal was SO patient. He answered all my questions ( I'm not very computer literate ) & at no time did he show any irritation or impatience. Helal explained everything in an easy to understand way. They charge £1 per page if you send documents nationally and £2 per page if you send internationally. So, if you need to use the internet for two hours and send a five page fax you might be out between £10 and £15. The greatest thing about this place, though, is the fact that the manager behind the operation says that their services are "the cheapest you can find".

I send a lot of faxes to the US and have become a regular. I am always welcomed with a warm smile. Both brothers are very friendly and professional. When I walk into the shop, there are always people using the internet. I have yet to walk into the shop and find it empty. The shop has about 20 computers, all fully equipped with a headset and webcam. The prices are good and if you need a monthly account the prices are even better. I have used their internet when mine is down and find it to be speedy. You can tell the brothers take pride in their internet shop because it is kept clean and the equipment in excellent condition.

I had purchased AppleCare+ at the same time but yet have been given the run around for the last three weeks regarding my repair. They've advised that the part needed for the repair is out of stock, and that aside their repair quote came to £969.83. Surely Apple can offer me a brand-new replacement instead because I am covered by insurance right? Wrong. I'm expected to keep waiting on a repair while they wait for the part which could be months at this point (as well as being expected to pay £229 for the excess). Despite contacting Apple numerous times they have been unwilling to assist me further. What's worse is that Apple continues to sell MacBooks when they know they don't have the parts to repair them. This is extremely unethical. The staff at their Regent Street store dared to suggest I buy and return a MacBook every 14 days (no questions asked policy) until my repair has been completed. How does my Apple insurance help me here? It doesn't. And I am beyond outraged at this point. Just another company willingly taking advantage of their consumers without a care in the world.

It was nice to have some vegetables and it was enjoyable. The vanilla scone came in warm and enough clotted cream and jam. The pot of tea was plenty for 2 people. The quality of tea is nothing special just a traditional British breakfast tea. The service was fast and friendly. The interior was decorated that really feels traditionally British, it was a nice touch to the overall experience. Cute tea cups were used as well.
