When you walk in, it's a little confusing at first since it's not super clear where to go and the place is pretty spacious. We initially went to the cashier, and they directed us to the computers on the side to sign the waivers first, then come back to pay. After we paid, they told us the wait would be about 30 minutes, but surprisingly they called our names within just 2 to 3 minutes while we were still walking around. That was a nice bonus. :) They provided headsocks for free, and we didn't have to pay extra or sign up for any annual membership. Each race is supposed to be 12 laps, but if someone finishes early, you might end up doing less. One of the boys completed 11 laps, but didn't affect the experience at all. As we were exiting, we saw a podium area so kids hopped on for a quick photo. I've been here before for birthday parties and even with coworkers, and every time has been consistently fun. The staff was friendly and everything ran smoothly. Not really sure why this place gets some negative reviews. I haven't experienced anything negative. Would definitely come back.

I love things like this..Amusement parks, arcades, rides etc.. So on July 29th at 3:05 pm, we entered their HUGE parking lot and parked our car very near to the Fair. Parking was $15.00 even. Which I thought was not too bad for parking. I have seen worse. Approached the Will Call window to pick up our tickets that we have purchased on line 2 weeks prior. $12.00 each. Prices are different for adults, seniors and kids. Once we got inside the Fair, my adrenaline was kicking SO bad out of excitement. My son was just standing there looking at me with a cute smile. I am more of a kid when it comes to stuff like this than he is. We decided to get a wristband for both of us. Each cost $54.00 for unlimited rides, few games and other attractions. We practically got on every ride and played few games. The place has 2 Amphitheaters. From which one was the Hanger that I did a different review on for Tom Petty's tribute. It has over 50 rides and 30 games to play. Also has little snack shops all around, but not an actual restaurant for people to sit down and have lunch/dinner.. It also has multiple restrooms inside and outside of the Fair.. Used 3 of them and were super clean with all the essentials fully stocked. Park was very clean, not too crowded and had a great vibe to it from everyone. 90% of employees were kind, sweet, and very helpful. They have a different section for Art exhibits that is really worth checking it out. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and the park is open until 11pm for our convenience. We shot down the park and left 10 minutes before 11pm. I am so glad and happy that we went. If I lived close by, I would probably be there at least 3x a week. Parking lot was accessed by gate 10,and typical of the fairgrounds, Parking is seemingly always $15 for any event for the past few years. Some parking close to the entrance was available. This is in addition to the fees for the event you're attending. Id strongly recommend car pooling if possible. It's worth noting that the ground was recently slurry sealed so dark black which was fairly hot on an 80 degree day. Be prepared for quite a bit of walking, the fairgrounds are quite spread out so it can be something of a hike to get from one area to another. Japan fest was nice, lots of Asian food offerings leaning toward Japanese cuisine however there were Korean Vietnamese, and Chinese food available as well. Quite a few anime booths, clothing stands, toys, and knick knacks. Most of the festival was outdoors but there were 2 air conditioned buildings with booths that offered some respite from the sun and heat. The restroom facilities are actual permanent buildings, not port o potties which is great. Flush toilets and regular sinks for hand washing is a fantastic improvement over port a potties in my opinion. I'll be back.

He was super helpful, patient, and attentive while getting them set up and safely having fun on the go-karts and bumper boats. Stepping back onto the track brought back so many cherished childhood memories of my dad, and Deon helped ensure my kids walked away with those exact same happy memories today. The turf is ripped, full of holes, and in rough shape on pretty much every hole. We honestly considered turning around and asking for a refund, but our kids were so excited to play that we stuck it out rather than crush their little mini-golf dreams. The staff was genuinely friendly, so no complaints there--they were the best part of the experience. I can't speak for the other attractions, but if you're coming for mini golf, I'd recommend spending the extra few bucks and heading to Holy Moly at the Spectrum instead. At least there, the biggest obstacle is the course--not whether the carpet will survive another round.

He did a very thorough check and recommended a rear brake fluid change. I did that and mentioned that the bike had a hard time starting when cold. Then the owner just happened to come in when he was about to take it for a test ride. Luckily, the bike had a hard time starting. The owner said the carburetor needed to be cleaned in order to fix the hard start issue. I had them do the work and it has started easily ever since. I highly recommend Mach 1 motorcycles. We visited Southern California - Palm Desert, Yucaipa, and Malibu - for Spring Break 2021. 00 - FINDING EXTREME SPEED TRACK EVENTS; INTRODUCTIONS We like Jay Leno's Garage (TV show) and knew of Willow Springs race track from his show... and we thought maybe we could race there. It out that Willow Springs is located north of LA, in the Mojave Desert, near Edwards Air Force Base. I explored Willow Springs' website and they have a list of groups who regularly race there, and who teach others to race there. I picked Extreme Speed Track Events and called and talked with Joel, who is very helpful. I explained that we just wanted to learn how to race, to safely go around the track and have a good time, and to maybe learn some "enhanced" driving skills. Joel assured me that is what they do, and we wholeheartedly agree... Extreme Speed Track Events can and will teach you how to race cars... on one of the most amazing tracks - Willow Springs International Raceway! More information about the amazing time we had: 01 - ARRIVAL We visited the office in the main building and the lady there pointed us to The Streets at Willow Springs. While we could see all the tracks from where we were we spent the first little bit in the building. They got us situated and got us breakfast - bacon and eggs and waffles... and flavored Starbucks in-a-bottle. 02 - PRE-DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS They gave us come classroom instruction in the building, about driving and tire tilt and camber... about how to read the track to determine how to set up one turn for the next turn. 03 - TO THE CARS We followed them for five laps, as they showed us how/where to position our cars on the course. 04 - THE CARS Our son and I each drove a stick-shift / manual transmission Toyota Celica... his black, mine white... that had been in the Long Beach celebrity Grand Prix... stock / factory cars with roll cage, lots of weight removed, and racing seats... and mufflers, etc. modified a bit, so they made a great rumbling noise. Our daughter drove a red automatic Toyota Solara, also stock with a roll cage. 05 - THE STREETS AT WILLOW The Streets at Willow has elevation changes and many curves. It's a thrill to drive. Given our novice status as drivers, our peak speeds were 85-90 mph, which was fast enough. Our track times were ~ 2 minutes. 06 - SKILLS SESSIONS After the first laps, then we had a combination of driving in circles, and high-speed braking. The circles were ~ 80 feet around... and by driving faster, and turning the wheel more we saw how that didn't help - turning the wheel more did not make us turn any more tightly... to get more traction you slowed down, steered back a little and then had more grip, better control. The fast braking helped us time going faster into turns, slowing, then powering out of the corners. 07 - DONUTS! Our son and daughter each got turns in the Miatas, making donuts and spinning out. Our son did some drifting on the skid pad, too! 08 - SCOOTERS As we were using the track one-at-a-time, they also had Honda scooters... which we rode to the other tracks... 09 - A RIDE WITH THE TRACK RECORD HOLDER I got to ride with Mark in his Miata, which helped learn what they were teaching us about slowing down and powering through the turn... 10 - AND THEN IT WAS JUST US In the morning, a father and son shared The Streets with us... when we were off-track learning, they were on-track, racing. We drove counter-clockwise and they went clockwise... they were tuning their racing Porsche for an upcoming race, and the 17-year old son was fast! They left around lunch time. Big Willow had several drivers on it in the morning, some Corvettes, Toyotas, Ferraris, etc. They also left around lunch time. 11 - HORSE THIEF MILE & BIG WILLOW After another round of laps on The Streets of Willow, Rob and Mark led us around several laps on Horse Thief Mile and Big Willow... in between we went to the skid pad and our son had an awesome donut/burnout... he was really having fun making smoke and was showing off what he learned this day! As we drove south through Antelope Valley, the sunset... to the right... a fitting end to a day that started with the sun rising to the east, to the left. What a day!
