This place is really crowded and hard to walk thru. I guess I like that there is a lot of products, but it's hard to figure out how to get around without tripping to look at it all. I was in the store for quite awhile and never saw anyone, but could hear them in the back. At some point 2 people came out of the back and did some stuff over at a desk, but no one ever spoke to me. I usually like to be left alone while I shop, but it does seem like it would be appropriate to acknowledge that there are customers in the store in some fashion. I'm thankful I didn't see anything I liked because I would prefer to give my business to some place with better customer interactions. We went in around 6pm on a Monday and our couch was delivered the next day by 11am!! All we had to was open the door and they moved and set up the loveseat in under 10 minutes. Having just purchased a new house with oddly shaped rooms, we needed all new furniture. I think we've visited about half of the furniture stores in SnoCo. This store is by far the worst we set foot in. We walked in with our list in hand and proceeded to browse the very crowded selection of furniture. This is the time, under most circumstances, a salesman would come rushing up to us to see what they could help us with. Not here! The worker(s) stood up at the checkout area talking very loudly in their native language. There were no other customers in the store, unless some of the small group of chatterboxes were customers. Who knows. We spent about 5 minutes being ignored and getting irritated by the loud conversation, and we gave up and decided to leave. Nobody said goodbye or thank you for coming. They just kept talking. Oh well, we got everything we needed at legitimate furniture stores with only one other negative experience (though nothing even close to as bad as this one!) I hope they enjoyed their little chat session because it cost them the opportunity to take a lot of our money! read more

Just bought a great sofa and ottoman today from the General. I shopped around and he had the best price and negotiated with me. Well, I will first start by staying thanks to all the honest reviews. Everything is very true! I am currently waiting on my husband and Patton to finish setting up my funiture. It all started with a book. I came in with a picture of what I wanted. The salesman told me after 14 years of this work he recognized cheap quality, and suggested I look through his books. I did and noticed the same funiture. So I asked my spouse to come and look. We ended up ordering the bed set he really wanted. I wasn't set on it, but I decided to be open minded. Day 1: We come in to order the bed set after we measured our room. Once we came bsvk Patton was very confused about the pricing, and gave us a few different numbers. Our 3 piece set was 1,400 even. We asked him to take the extra 75$ off since we paid in cash. We had to ask him a number of times about the delivery day. Once we left, I had a bad feeling in my gut. I was almost in tears, I wanted a refund but my spouse was sure it would work out. Day 4: We called to find out the status of the delivery, guaranteed Fri, Sat or Monday. That's not very helpful!! Day 6: My spouse goes in to get a delivery day estimate...we waited on a phone call the whole day, didnt happen. We went in together the next day. The days changed until we explained we needed it before we go back to work...hectic schedules. So they delivered it that same day(Saturday).Unfortunately they were in a mad rush. Our freshly painted walls are stretched, I mean pretty bad. We will be touching up those areas next weekend. They didn't bother to take their shoes off or use carpet protectors. Patton himself came...wow is all I can say, nice wonderful person, but has a hard time listening and hearing what we ask for. Two of the men rushed out after bringing the boxes upstairs. In the process: They broke our hallway picture, scratched the walls, and left alot of trash around. Because my spouse is nice he still tipped. I offered bottles of water on their way out...BUT WAIT, IT GETS WORSE..Because of all the rushing the headboard got a minor crack. I didn't mind until Mr. Patton screwed one part of a panel until it cracked the surface. The general wouldn't listen to us and what we had to say about the set up, which caused him and my spouse to start all over. It's been almost 2 hours and they are still working on it. I'm not a fan of coughing up 1,400 and having to deal with this. We are both nice people, and I think people take advantage of that. My spouse should not be setting up the bed, period....A few other things happened but that might be culture norm. I respect that... They left the rest of the set up to us. Cons: Service is poor and quality service is not well My poor walls, pulling out the paint as we speak My spouse was not paid to help set up bed We were not heard as customers Language barrier Pro: Patton and workers are nice He (Claims) he will order a new panel for the part he broke in..(I'm hoping this is true)!! 12:39pm, we are finally done touching up our walls, placing Dax and paint on the wall, and setting up our bed set...we decided to buy a wood stain pen and fixed the cracks. I felt uncomfortable in this store. The owner was so touchy and irritating. Whe we were deciding he kept walking away even though there was no other customers in the store. Disrespectful. May have nice furniture but his attitude drew all the attention away from anything else. He touched my face for no reason. Patted, may even say slapped my aunts back way to hard. I'm not exaggerating experience was overall unpleasant would NEVER recommend. This place has the worst customer service and they make empty promises. I bought a 3 piece sectional and Patton (the guy who sold me the couch) promised me if I bought it on the spot he'd have it delivered the same day, so I agreed. At first, two pieces were supposed to be delivered immediately, upon arrival, one piece broke. Long story short he keeps giving me the run around about why the delivery of the other 2 pieces keeps getting delayed. He won't answer my calls and never calls me when he says he will call me regarding the arrival of the other two pieces. Do what you want with this information but I HIGHLY recommend you shop elsewhere for furniture. This is the worst experience I've ever had receiving purchased furniture. read more

I only gave them 1 star because it is the lowest rating. I purchased coffee table and dining table there. I was also looking to buy new mattress and knew I shouldn't buy it there but I was convinced by sales person that going with memory foam mattress is the way to go. This mattress was comfortable at the store and guy wanted me to pay him cash for it. Which I was OK with it, he was not charging me tax for it. But as soon as they delivered mattress I had bad feeling about it. It just did not look and feel the same to me as the Showroom mattress. It was knocked down Chinese made but some how it had same brand.... I was told that I got 30 days to return or exchange but sadly when I try to return it 3 weeks later I was told that I got receipts from sales person that is no longer there and that it is not their receipt. And that I have 2 weeks to return it..... Now keep in mind that it took them 3 weeks to deliver bought furniture. Now here is what really bugs me. I was there other day and same sales person was there..... They are running some shady business guys please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THERE. read more

Did I mention the price? Awesome. Delivery? Super cheap and same day. Very friendly, efficient service. I got a great deal today and will definitely return to the store for other furniture needs. Oh boy... What a trip our experience with Pat Ton and International Furniture was. We stopped by to see if he had a particular piece of Ashley Furniture in stock. All other local furniture stores were back stocked by 3-4 weeks, and we really needed a couch in time for the holidays. We explained to Pat what we were looking for and he brought us over to a catalog. The catalog was already opened to the exact furniture set we were discussing. He immediately guaranteed he could get the set in 5 days because of the "contacts" at Ashley furniture. Long story short- we did not get the set in those 5 days. He and my fiance ended up arguing on the phone several times because he did not deliver on his guarantee. He took no responsibility for this mess and blamed Ashley furniture for delaying his deliveries. We ended up getting one couch delivered on December 22nd (about 3 weeks after the original delivery date) and the second love seat on December 27th. In the end, Pat made it right by delivering the furniture and giving us a small discount- I just wish he would have taken responsibility for promising something and not being able to deliver on that promise. Most likely won't buy from him again, but if you're not in a hurry to receive your items- he's not the absolute worst. read more

I bought a table and a couch from patton in 2010 for a good price. The table was ok but the couch was a piece of junk. Within a month all the springs went to the center so there was 1 huge mega spring in the center of each cushion and they were all deformed. Even the chaise cushion was completely deformed. A month ago i bought a table from this guy. I told him i was lookin for a place so id come back later. He offered to store it for however long i needed, would deliver whenever, assemble it, and dispose of the garbage. I took the deal. Getting ahold of this guy is difficult. They just say he stepped out call back and they wouldn't set up a delivery time for me. Even when i got ahold of him he wouldn't set up a time he just said call back on a certain day. So anyway long story short he dropped it off and didnt assemble it. We called and he said since he gave us such a good deal he wasn't going to assemble it. But assembling it was part of the deal.. i dont know. Im dumb for going back there a second time i guess. 2 stars for the price. But ill never go back there or refer anyone to this place... o yea and after unboxing, it wasnt even the table we picked out. read more
