It was so good we had to order the Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuit too, loaded with two over hard fried eggs, crispy bacon, and American cheese. We finished with the Breakfast Tacos packed with scrambled eggs, bacon, cheddar jack, caramelized onion, hatch chile, and sriracha mayo on corn tortillas. It paired really well with some Cajun boiled peanuts. This was towards the end of our brewery run, so we kept it to just one, but it definitely left a good impression. I'll be back to get into their other beers.
