There was nobody in the waiting room and we got back to a room within a few minutes. The nurses were very nice and explained things well. The doctor came within a few minutes and stayed to answer our questions. We also came back for follow up visits during the next couple of days. The staff was always nice and understanding. Oh and they offered us drinks, coke products, once we got back to the room. Pros, Very clean, Nurses and doctors were friendly and knowledgeable Minimal Wait time in the waiting room and once we got back. Free drinks with co-pay.

And the sign says if you haven't been called back in 15 minutes visit the front desk. So we did. And then another 15 minutes goes by so I visit the front desk and still no results. No one got up to figure out why we weren't being seen. We waited over 2 hours to from the appointment time to when she was actually taken back. Ridiculous. The technician was the only kind person, who apologized for the "train wreck" as he called it and said that my daughter was never registered correctly. Bizarre that we were so fallen through the cracks for 2 hours!!!!

Absolutely the worst billing system. Do not go here. They will rip you off and be rude about it…read more You call and call and they never return phone calls. We were customers since they opened. We lost our job and still made a payment to them higher than our mortgage payment. Six weeks later when I was sick they told me very loudly that they couldn't accept me because my account was in collections. When I explained we just made a large payment they could not find it. I even have the certification showing the check was cashed. Packed our things up and went down the street to IHC . They treated us like royalty. Our family has been patients at Tri City for 20 years. It sad. The Doctors are great at Tri City. They need to fire their billing department if they want to keep their clients.

Went into this place at 9:02 pm (the doors were still opened) and they initially started to take my information and then looked down at the clock and said, "Oh, I'm sorry, we're actually closed." There were three nurses standing around and they all just kind of looked at each other and walked away. I get closing time and people want to get home to their families or TV shows or whatever, but this isn't a fast food restaurant! There's a child in front of you with a fairly severe injury in a lot of pain. Have a heart!

Find It First, Then Wait First things first: do not trust…read moreyour GPS. Enter the address and it will drop you in a residential neighborhood with no imaging center in sight. The correct location is on the west side of American Fork Hospital. Save yourself the confusion and look it up before you go. Once you find it, the facility is clean and the staff is nice. The space looks a little dated and could use some love, but nothing that affects the quality of care. Now for the part that will test your patience. I was called back immediately after arriving, which was a good sign. I changed into the gown, was walked to the area outside the MRI room, and then waited over 40 minutes before actually going in. Sitting in a hospital gown in a hallway for the better part of an hour is not a great experience. Go in with the right expectation and a fully charged phone for the wait.

I am writing this review regarding the care my husband has received in the office and care of Dr…read more Nick Thomson, oncology. My husband was diagnosed with Mesothelioma in June of 2026. While he was in the hospital at Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, UT, he was seen by Dr. Thomson's nurse practitioner, Woody Palmer. Due to this encounter, we had a follow up appointment with Dr, Thomson. We went to the appt. Dr Thomson appeared to be thorough in his assessment and treatment plan of my husbands diagnosis. He was very quick to prescribe pain and managment drugs even though my husband wasn't having severe pain yet. We somewhat understood. We were still trying to wrap our heads around everything that was happening so fast in our worlds. When I asked about getting a 2nd opinion at Huntsman Cancer Institute, his demeanor changed. He was very quick to respond with, "Well I studied there and I can tell you this, they are more about their research than caring for you as a patient." That was his comment. We did go to Huntsman Cancer Institute. The dr. that we met with had reviewed the biopsy, Dr. Thomson's assessment and treatment plan and was in full agreement with his plan. The dr. was very gracious and up front with us about the treatment and ins. issues etc. He told us to go where we would pay the least because the treatment and care would likely be similar if not the same. After prayer and careful thought, we opted to stay with Dr. Thomson and his team because we felt we could get the treatment we needed quicker as we already had treatment 1 scheduled and we wanted to give Dr Thomson the benefit of the doubt and my husband liked the interaction and attentiveness he received from Woody in the hospital. In the time leading up to the 1st treatment, a lot was happening in my husband's body and with all these changes, we didn't know what was coming from what, what was the new normal to expect so we needed to have someone to reach out to. They told us they have a texting line that would be the easiest to reach the nurses and get the quickest response. We did not find this helpful as we were not able to reach them often and on the weekends it was terrible. Nobody to reach and they don't even work on Mondays so it was even a longer weekend. We ended up having to go to ER several times because we were not able to get our questions answered or resolved through their office. Again everything is new and a whole lot to process so we give them the benefit of the situations and figure we have to learn to live in this new age of AI bots and telephone systems of no real people. Each treatment is 3 weeks a part. We had the first treatment with no problem. You just go in their treatment room and their nurses give the treatment. The nurses were Kind but not super warm and friendly. The 2nd treatment comes, 1/2 way through they had to stop the treatment because my husband was having severe pain. The nurse reacted immediately and professionally. Within 20 minutes, the pain was reduced from 8-3 and the treatment was restarted. Shortly after restarting, Woody came in and explained that there is a serious situation in the calcium level in the blood draw done prior to the start of treatment 2. He said it is very serious and we need to go to the hospital. He said that they could give the medicine needed there in the office, but they couldn't because they would need to recheck it the following day which would be a Saturday and nobody would be in office to check it. We took him seriously and said that we would go to the VA emergency in SLC. Which we did and did spend 2 days in the hospital getting treated to bring it down. Here is my issue. In the time since July 31, the 2nd treatment. Nobody from Dr. Thomson's office has contacted us in any way. In the records that Woody wrote regarding the situation, he wrote in it that he would follow up. He has not. AND NOBODY ELSE FROM THIS OFFICE HAS EITHER. This IS unacceptable behaviour from any Dr. or their teams. My husband is,or should I say WAS now, their patient who had a serious medical situation happen in their office and they did not even CARE enough to check on him after the weekend nor up to today which is now 16 days past the situation. And Dr. Thomson had the audacity to tell us that another medical facility or dr. would not care as much as he or his team. I firmly felt from the beginning appt.that Dr. Thomson was more set on building his business but we wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. Now there is no doubt. He surely is more about building his business. It is my feeling after all of this, that they felt that we were going to go to the VA and that they would lose our business, therefore, they were just going to wash their hands of us at this time. They did not say this, as they have not contacted us at all. IS THIS THE KIND OF CARE AND TREATMENT THAT YOU WANT IN ONE OF LIFE'S MOST VULNERABLE MOMENTS.

I was quickly processed by the receptionists and screened for insurance information. I was then taken to "the back" and brought to an exam room. The nurse who assisted me was Jessica and she was very friendly. After taking my vitals and a short wait, PA Mark came in. He was honestly great. He explained to me the various renditions of a cold that I could be experiencing. He also thoroughly discussed the benefits of getting a flu shot with me, which I appreciated because I'm a proud annual recipient of the flu shot. Another nurse then came in to swab me for a Covid/flu test. All came back negative, thankfully. I didn't expect or want to need to access healthcare while on my trip, but this urgent care made it easy and quick--I was in and out in about an hour. I hope not to need their services next time I'm in the SLC area, but if I do, I know I'd be in good hands.

Yes, there is sometimes a wait, they're a very busy office. For that I'll deduct a star. However I've found that the wait is never exceptional or different from any other doctors office that I've visited. They'll take good care of you and do their best to be quick and efficient. I have no regrets about coming here for my wife's care. They even gave her a small gift today for getting so close to our delivery date.

One of the worst medical experiences I've ever had…read more We brought my young daughter in with throat pain, chills, and visible spots on the back of her throat. The doctor by the name of Marshall Willis came in extremely rushed and did not examine her properly. He did not check her ears and did not even look at her throat. The only thing he did was a nasal swab for COVID. When we asked whether the swab also tested for strep, he explicitly told us yes and said the strep test was negative. He then dismissed us and told us to give her Tylenol. Five days later, my daughter was in severe pain, could barely swallow, and had intense ear pain. We returned to Premier Medical and thankfully saw a different doctor. That doctor informed us the previous doctor never performed a strep test at all. He examined her throat, said it looked very bad and extremely painful, ran an actual strep test, and it came back positive. Because of the first doctor's Marshall Willis failure to examine her and his false claim that a strep test was done, my daughter suffered unnecessarily for days and we had to pay for a second visit just to receive proper care. This was careless, misleading, and unacceptable medical treatment. I have never had such a bad experience with a physician, and I truly believe doctor Willis should not be treating patients.
