It's a convenient stop for both quick project runs and larger home improvement shopping. It's usually a good experience here, but I was especially impressed during my most recent visit because of their newer in-store pickup locker system. When you walk in, you can scan your order barcode at the pickup screen (or enter your order number), and one of the lockers automatically pops open with your items inside. It was quick, easy, and pretty cool to see in action. I even took a video of the process to share with this review. There's only so much you can fit in a locker, but hey, this is a big improvement over the old process. Still not five stars as I'm not a fan of their current return policy.

It was a VERY UNPLEASANT experience to learn that there is a 90 day window on returns (with receipt) and NO EXCEPTIONS ARE GRANTED FOR A RESELLABLE ITEM such as polymeric sand! Chris installed the blinds yesterday, and they are a perfect fit and installed perfectly. In the weeks since I ordered these custom blinds an older blind in my living room broke it's pull string. This made the blind useless. I asked Chris if he would take a look at it and see if he could maybe take it back to the shop. Long story short, he had it fixed in 10 minutes at no extra charge.
