I have purchased my itineraire sofa sectional about 3 years ago unfortunately 1,5 yrs of using it i have noticed one side of the backrest was far stretched / skewed than other side. I have contacted the so called 5 star customer rep to be told I need to pay $350 to start the investigation process first during their warranty period! I have never heard of being asked to be charged up front by a high end luxury, reputable and internationally recognized brand so I refused. I have send endless emails with no avail and gave up. Year later that backrest arm was moving back further to such extend it was very noticeable and no longer comfortable. Again, i tried to contact greenwich branch to be told they can't do anything without sending technical service which will be $350. I had no other choice but trust the process so I agreed. Cutting story short, Ive wasted time and money because at every corner I have heard same excuse. First, it was insinuated that I must have broke the wood piece within the backrest part, then my warranty period of 2 yrs have run out and the last one was the best when the service man realized screws on the mechanical part were loosened up so he tightened them but he did make a comment saying he never seen them loosed like that before, meantime, roche bobois rep got back to me saying "screws on the backrest got loose overtime with usage so its wear and tear! Its actually laughable how easy it is for them to shift from blaming the customer for breaking the sofa to washing their hands from other potential aspect of faulty installation or faulty product. On top of that I got charged $350 + TAX! Unreal and disgraceful! Now, I have a so called high end product which is made of crap materials, obvious manufacture design flaw and zero credibility whatsoever and even after tightening screws my backrest is still in the same skewed shape as before. I would run from this place as far as i could! I hear I'm not alone. I wish I actually read reviews before trusting this company! I am, however, considering taking legal action against this company!

She helped me pick out awesome, customized, beautiful pieces and put together a computer generated design for the furniture layout in my new apartment (which included her coming onsite to measure). That design let me see how everything would lay out in the room before it came and know that it would fit perfectly. This was super important as I have limited space. Also a big shout out to Lori, Aramani and Isabella for their great input too! The delivery and service were way above and beyond my expectations. The delivery team treated my home with utmost care and made sure the furniture and its placement was to my liking before leaving. I have since been back twice for additional pieces (coffee table and bar stools) which are on the way. For an epic furniture experience, definitely see Emma at the Greenwich store!

Not one thing in my home was inspired by our influenced by this "designer". I cannot believe she has such little integrity to take my money and not complete her job. She has all of the excuses and apparently, time, in the world to do everything else such as posting on her Instagram but cannot fulfill a work obligation after being paid in full and well ahead of schedule. I cannot believe this woman is okay with taking the money of hardworking young professionals that just purchased their first home. I do NOT recommend!

Not one item came without an error, miscalcualtion, broken rails on the drawers, cheap furniture that you need two pushes to get the drawer closed and no consideration of usage. I have a white vanity, whose sole purpose is as a make up table. Needless to say the white paper mache on the vanity gets dirty from my hands and looks terrible. BTW- That came with the wrong metal pull and broken rails that needed to be repalced within 2 months of owning it. I was told by Sandra that its lucky the manufacturer would take it back as it was over 1 month in my home?? I guess neither she nor the manufacturers she uses stand behind their products. My freight chatges included the freight company to inspect the item when in the warehouse prior to it being delivered but they never picked up on the fact that it was broken. I spent over $100,000 and Sandra nor her crew have seen the job complete. In fact, they havent seen most of the installs at all. Her fees are crazy. She charges for research, 30 percent over "cost" and all delivery fees, and 30 percent over the cost of the laborers who hang the wallpaper and paint. DO NOT BUY INTO HER MILLIONS OF YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. She over charges and under delivers.

They sent me to their warehouse around the corner that was actually a house. Eddy was in the garage keeping cool. When I showed him the tile, he went directly to the location in the warehouse. There was no organizing signage that I could see, but he immediately knew where to go. It was an almost perfect match to the color of our old tile. He sold me 50 pieces for a very reasonable price & I was very happy. He is there Tuesday - Thursday. He suggested I come back on those days so he could give me a good deal. Thanks Eddy !! RA
