In those expensive three days despite me removing all the flooring beforehand, taking their garbage to the dumpster and removing most of my furniture for "less labor costs" and yet they did not finish the two hours of work. How long would it have taken if I didn't move a finger? Two weeks?? Look at the pictures of the work. I got average product planks (Alex swore were thicker and a better lock but it was the same inexpensive planks I wanted from Home Depot) 3 full days to get installed by day laborers and was not finished! Remodeling my bathroom with an electrician, plumber, tile guy and general contractor was three days and less than 5,000. The staff was accessible, good with follow through, funny, and very helpful: when they came to do the closet measurements they also helped us with a temporary fix after one of the closet racks from when we moved in had collapsed. The staff person gave us good details on how to maximize space in two crowded closets and led us to have much better organization in our new home. The scheduled installation day took a few weeks before actual installation due to it being a busy season. Still, the closets were completed a couple of weeks earlier than Interior Motif's initial time estimate, which made us happy. We will return here for future closet work and recommend it for others.

SOOO rude. I am not a complainer, but this is ridiculous. Trying to fix what!! They shrunk them by a foot and ruined my drapes. And Im the one to made feel wrong for calling them to try to talk to a manager on the phone. TERRIBLE!! And no apology whatsoever! EDIT AS OF 8/22/18: they did NOT fix the issue like they said in the comment- they replaced my expensive embroidered black out curtain that i paid over $1000 for with a cheap blind AND on top of that made me pay for the motor for the blind- so they REFUSED to replace what they ruined with something equal. DONT EVER USE THEM. On top of that I paid $50 for a service call (same day they came to install the initial blind in my babys room, so they didnt even have to come out here separately), to fix my remote living room blind that wasnt going up properly. A month later it stopped working again, and they will NOT come out here to fix again even though i paid them $50 a month prior saying its not their responsibility.
