The mother loaded 10+ toys onto the counter, the cashier by the name Samantha refused to check her items out and completely ignored the customer. She than told her to go to a different cashier. I could not see the name tag of the other employee that helped the customer but good job to her for handling the situation better than the cashier. She put all of the items back into the mother's cart and directed her to a different cashier. I was disappointed with the treatment the customer received from the cashier named Samantha. Let's be professional guys! The lack of training is not a good look As a mother, I felt bad for the boy anxiously waiting to take his toys home, personal problems should be left at home.

Called and a new one came 6 weeks later....yup 6 weeks ! So fast forward to thanksgiving 2018 and the third time i have had guests sitting at this new dining set And guess what !? Yup! Arm on captains Chair breaks! Called them and was told that furniture was purchased September 2017 so nope not replacing ! But in reality this chair was delivered to me in July so thought they should stand behind it but they will not. I will not step foot in there again and want anyone one to know they are not good about standing behind their furniture !
