Spoiler alert: THEY ARE. First, we spoke to Diana, a woman who is kind, professional and 100% no BS. She got the ball rolling by answering all of our questions and setting up a phone meeting to assess our needs and get things started. The communication was clear and throughout the process Diana was always available to answer questions and deal with insurance. She is a rockstar. Next, we met with Harry, who really listened to our wants/needs/desires on a new kitchen. He took photos and drew up an estimate for our insurance. Finally, we met with both Harry and Eduard, the owner/designer/genius of the operation. He was able to very quickly discuss what was and was not possible as well as make some suggestions that were 100% perfect. We absolutely decided to move forward after this meeting. Throughout every step of the process, Eduard and his crew were there when they said they would be there, on time, clean and dependable. They never left my house a mess. Everything was done with the highest quality and care. In addition, the crew he had was specialized and very good. His stone man has been with him 25 years and is an artist. His tile man was incredible and accurate with a tough tile pattern. His subcontractors were respectful and did great work. They always delivered and even finished early. Eduard also accommodated changes and worked with us to get exactly what we wanted on time and on budget. We would not hesitate to use them again! In addition, they worked beautifully with our insurance and adjuster, ensuring that everything went smoothly so we didn't have to worry about anything else. They turned a flood tragedy into a beautiful kitchen!

I could not recommend Topline more highly, and they will be my first call for the next project I am on. Thank you to the entire Topline team!

They have been scheduled the last 3 days to come fix it and the first day never showed, the second day they came 2 hours late with touch up paint which I told them was unacceptable because I was told they ordered a new piece that we waited a week for. Plus they already touched it up once and it came off less than a week later! So they have to leave the second day to go order the part and are supposed to arrive 9 am today. Of course nothing almost 2 hours later. Please avoid this company! Their cabinets are crap and so is their customer service.

They offer…read moreFREE 3D design of the proposed remodeled room and they have a wide selection of cabinets, tiles, wooden floors, sinks, and faucets for you to choose from. This actually made it very easy for us to envision the layout and look and feel of our kitchen and bathroom. Most importantly, they proved they knew what they were doing. One of the things we liked about NuHome was upon our first meeting for an estimate, Udi went straight to work and started taking photos and measurements of our kitchen and bathroom. He then went back to NuHome and worked with a designer to create a 3D layout for us. This really allowed us to align our expectations with reality, which is so important when it comes to remodeling your home. Previous contractors would just eyeball everything, explain their vision loosely, and give us an estimate right on the spot. Throughout the remodeling process, Udi was able to advise and provide realistic options for us whenever we hit a roadblock. His team of workers were also very nice and patient towards my mom (who oversaw the remodeling while I was away at work). We had a pleasant experience with all of them - from demolition to tiling and to final installments. We also stopped by the showroom twice to choose our interiors and Joel was extremely helpful during the whole process. We have zero skills in interior design, yet Joel was able to advise us on the best colors and styles that complimented our kitchen (we could not believe how many people loved our backsplash!). We are so glad we chose NuHome for our home remodeling and have no regrets with them beautifying our kitchen and bathroom and improving our way of life. Now our kitchen is more functional and lively - people are hanging out there longer than before. Tea time just got serious. Give NuHome a chance and try them out!!

He was very helpful and spent a lot of time explaining our options between vinyl, laminate, and carpet. His showroom had plenty of samples on hand as well. Prices were higher than what we were hoping to pay, but as Alex explained to us, the price of vinyl is rising due to increased shipping costs. We already had a contractor who doing other work on the house, so we didn't go through LA Floor Covering for installation. Later on, we needed to order an extra stair casing and Alex was very quick in getting that additional order in. It was a pleasure working with Alex for our flooring needs!
