Wouldn't recommend to my worse enemy! Here is what happened. They offer free quotes which means…read morethey will evaluate the work that is needed and recommend repairs. (we will touch on this later as I was charged) I personally took my car to them to get an estimate for a repair due to a collision that ended in my transmission being broken as in the metal being cracked. They were suppose to call me and give me updates. Well that didn't happen I was the one calling to get updates, and the times they called was to return my calls. Long story short every time I called I was told they didn't know when they can get parts! What kind of answer is this? This went on for 16 days. Here is when everything went down hill. This is the car my family used to run errands and pick up/drop off our kids from school. We did not have another car. So we had a rental while this was suppose to get repaired. After 16 days of me calling and they telling me that they didn't know when they would get parts. I made the recommendation of perhaps getting a low mileage used replacement part. At that point they said the could do it but it was going to cost more and maybe a week or more to get the used parts and get the repairs done. How am I paying more for a used part vs a new one? That makes no sense to me, maybe it does to someone else but not me. All this time I looked online called other shops and myself included could get a transmission in no longer than 3 days! I made the mistake of choosing the dealer as I thought they have easy fast access to factory parts, I was so wrong! Anyone can get a transmission online in no time even from other shops and the dealer online but apparently this shop can't find them. I'm not sure what their deal was other than milking me for storage fees or the rental car fees located at their dealer. I decided to pick up my car, I couldn't deal with this. So I didn't agree to their repairs. When I got there they wanted to charge a 15 day storage fee of $1050! Keep in mind I'm also paying for a rental car. If it was up to me I would have ordered the parts on day one. The reason why the car sat there for so long was due to their own fault of not being able to get parts. I had nothing to do with this! However they wanted to charge. I complaint as I was never given any options until I made the recommendation myself! Why not tell me on day one that they could get a used one? It gets worse, I told them I didn't agree with the charges so they decided to give me a deal and only charge me $800. To me this was no deal but my money being stolen! At this point I was frustrated so I paid them. So them they bring paper work that they wanted me to sign. I refused to sign and asked to give me my car and keys so I could be on my way. I was told unless I signed they would not release my car! My car was being held hostage and in my books being stolen at this point. I know my rights and they can't make me sign anything I don't want to sign. I ended up calling the cops as they were keeping a car they had no right to keep and it was not theirs! After speaking to the manager and telling him that I had the legal right not to sign anything and didn't owe them any money, if they didn't give me the car it would become stolen property. He finally gave me my keys to my property. I had a really bad experience I do not wish on anyone. I have the paper work to prove when I drop off the car, when I was sent paper work for a use part etc. If anyone cares at this company, and you are reading this. The right thing to do is to refund my money. No work was done! I was basically given an estimate that took 16 days to produce and was charged for a quote that is advertised as free! Plus I ended up paying for more than I was suppose to on a rental car. I would never recommend buying anything from this place or having any repairs done.

They did a good job on the wrap but I notice they have broke one of the clips from side head liners tab. The guy was just staring at me at a distance wondering if I was going to notice. I was furious but I didn't even want to deal with him. I understand the clips are very sensitive but I would have preferred if he would have been honest and tell me he broke it. This wouldn't be my first choice.

The auto shop my insurance sent me to said they would have to replace the entire quarter panel, which would have cost more than the value of the car to do so. Not wanting to do that, I reached out to Mike and his team at 24 Hour Collision Center. For about a third of the cost of replacing the quarter panel, they buffed out the dent entirely and afantastic job on it! As you can see from the pictures, the panel looks like new again. When I finally called and was ready to book the appointment, the owner of the company Irving took my call and he was super accommodating and worked with my schedule and came out on Saturday morning. When they got to my garage, they walked me around my car and told me what they planned to do to each section and which areas are going to be problems. I appreciated their honesty. Multiple detailers in the past made me crazy promises. Inevitably they can't deliver or mess up the paint trying to get a scratch that's too deep. not All Luxury, they told me straight up and that made me wayyy more comfortable. They did not disappoint. I like that they undersold and over-delivered. They spent about half a day and when they came back I was shocked to see how clean and new it all looked! They got rid of scuffs and little rust specks from my paint. There was even an iridescent drip mark on my passenger door window I could never get rid of, and now it's gone! A+++ service and value. I recently picked up a screw on my front tire that caused a slow leak. The screw was on the right,…read moreinboard side of the tread. Needing to have it repaired, I looked for the tire shop where I had previously purchased the tires. Pulling into the shop I noticed the new RD Tires sign. Being Saturday and no one there, I thought this should be fast. Wilbur examined the tire and told me the only way to repair it was with a patch but that the tire wouldn't be safe and suggested a new tire. The tire wasn't in stock and said he would order it. I explained that I was traveling and would be back one week from Monday to have it installed. They had my name and number and said they would call when the tire came in. The Monday when I returned I called RD tires and after several minutes on hold, he came back and told me " you were suppose to be here Monday!" and we sent the tire back! I said " what did you do that for? You had my number, why didn't you call me? He responded he could get on that same day if he gave me the tire size. I figured that they didn't know what they were doing there and I certainly didn't want them touching my car. I drove to Discount tire center (see review if you like), they looked at the tire, put a plug in it, remounted the tire, stored the spare and tire tools in the period of 15 minutes. All complementary. Be aware of RD Tires, they apparently will sell you things you don't need, ill advise you, all under the organization and mismanagement. These guys will no doubt be slamming the truck on this business in the near future.
