I had used Girling up until last week, when my insurance switched from one to another. I had the…read moresame healthcare worker waiting for the switch. 1st - they never informed me of the switch and 2nd as a person legal blind, they told the girl, but didn't tell me. 2. On Monday, I found out that I no longer had an aid. Since I have cancer, this was a problem. 3. I finally found who to contact on my insurance, and they called Girling on Friday, to switch me over. Girling told them, they no longer had any workers available. Mind you. Their worker was volunteering her time to help me get the insurance company to fax Girling. They lied. They lied to the insurance worker, they lied to me, they lied to their employee. The woman's name is Angie who lied to me. I wouldn't recommend them. Any company that lies to their customer, their workers, and the insurance company, is not really out to do good business.

Our hospice nurse was named Samantha (Red) and I'm so glad that she was there for us. She came to…read moresee us 4 days before my dad passed. She sat with him, talked with him and got to know him in the short time she was there. Samantha has the best bedside manner and answered all of our questions. She made my dad feel seen and safe. The day my dad passed she got to our home about an hour before he passed and was there talking with him and us. After he passed she stayed to clean him up and talked with us (and him) reassuring us all the way through. I appreciate her and all the things that she has done for our family. Another nurse I'd like to give recognition to is Rosie P. She was also there the day my dad passed (about 5 hours before) Rosie checked my dad fully, talked with him and gave great advice and instruction for my dad. These are 2 of the best nurses that I've encountered. Again, I appreciate them to the fullest. Thank yall for everything!

As the care…read moresituation became more than I and my wife could handle, we were referred to New Century Hospice. In my seventy six years on this earth. I never received a better referral. New Centuty Hospice nurses and staff were exceptional from day one. The care and counseling they provided to my brother was outstanding in every way. Not only did they care for my brother's needs but counseled and ministered to us as well. It still amazes me that there are such good people on this earth who would undertake such a daunting calling. Wednesday I was forced to find my own care so I could go pick up his Hospice meds and touch base with the funeral home. Magically help was avalible after j complained to the VA the next day.

Was a patient of this medical facility for almost 2 years due to a traumatic work injury initially…read morewhen I became a patient the group was known as Federal comp and wellness and I was extremely satisfied with the amount of care and knowledge that my assigned doctor gave me. I worked one on one with the same doctor over a course of almost 2 years before this medical group was bought out and became CENTEX. AFTER THE CLINIC BECAME CENTEX the service and attention that I was used to receiving completely disappeared I showed up to a follow-up appointment to learn that the doctor that I had been working with closely for two years had retired and I received no notification not through my patient portal through email through postal mail or through personal email not even a phone call not to mention during their migration to this new owner ship they changed the software 50 used to manage their scheduling and patient portal access. They scheduled follow-up visits for me using their old software and when I arrived on the date and time of my appointment there was no record of it I was literally turned away because of one of their software programming errors. I guess everybody was too excited to have their new ownership their new titles their new schedules their new office their new incomes to make sure that the patients were still being taken care of. A complete stranger to my case was assigned as my attending physician and after having one office visit with him it was blatantly clear that he had zero knowledge or understanding of what my history was the plan that myself and my recently retired attentive doctor had so closely worked on for 2 years together. It was obvious that there was zero communication between the people riding up handling administrative duties and the faces in the clinic talking to the patients for example my case administrator had written of a medical narrative to supply to the Department of Labor detailing this seriousness and the status of my work injury and that I was at that point in time partially temporarily disabled. 2 Days later I am surprised with my new doctor who has no idea what's going on with me I doubt he even knew what part of my body was injured and he made an official report deeming me ready to return to work whole time after I was told More physical therapy was ordered for another three more months and that the administrative individuals employed by his own office painted a very different picture just 2 days before. Talk about embarrassing and incompetent and infuriating. I expressed my dissatisfaction to this doctor and at my next visit I was assigned yet another doctor who was a spunky rude little girl. I never went back and she screwed up my paperwork too they ended up compromising my compensation in which I ended up having to appeal which took months and a lot of time and effort on my own while still suffering from my work injury.

If you dont get a person up to move around the chances of blood clots is high. So yes my father died from the blood clots that was formed for the hip replacement. I pray if you read this. Make sure you keep looking. You dont want your love one to go in the first day and be met with CNA's and nurses starting off neglecting your love one.

She told me she could not believe I called without knowing and kept going around in circles making me feel like an idiot. I decided to take my business elsewhere and travel the distance to a clinic in Killeen. I will never recommend this place. Teach your people to be a little more decent.
