They were having issues with their DocuSign through email and so one of the employees drove to my house so that I could sign the paperwork. The coverage provided was well educated on helping my dad walk with the gait belt and walker, dad transfer from sitting to standing, attending to basic needs of nature, light house cleaning, and companionship. They were very patient with him and knew the right thing to do and say when he was struggling because of dementia. I will absolutely be using their services the next time my parents come into town.

And the final reason we stopped using this terrible company, is they were suppose to come on a Saturday @ 10:00am & work until the next day @ 7:00pm.
