While no facility is perfection this facility did an incredible job in caring for my mom. The individualized care given allowed us to leave her here because we trusted her to be in their hands. Each of us live hundreds of miles away so you could imagine the anxiety anyone would have being so far away. If we had to do this again without hesitation we would choose for her to be here again. Their inadequate case vetting…read moreled them to admit her and then move to transfer her elsewhere immediately because she left her room on her first night with them. They gave her one more night at my request and then moved her out the next day for the same reason. They could have learned that she'll walk around at night by talking in full detail with staff at her memory unit. Because they failed to do that, she had to move twice, already weakened by her weeklong hospital stay. Had they practiced due diligence they could have spared her an unnecessary transfer and an interrupted recovery.

My family member was there for years and her care and health got so bad she ended up in the hospital with multiple issues that was ignored. Test and care that was way over due,meds that she was not getting she was suppose to be,they wouldn't take her to her appointments they had scheduled for her,NO medical documentation in her files for multiple years and discovered that when she was in the hospital on her death bed. She has started to recover once she was in ICU and out of the hospital and placed into a new care facility. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone ever unless you're looking for them to deterate their health. I would never trust anything they have to say.

Melissa and her staff are top notch; super friendly, outgoing, knowledgable and professional! They accommodated our family being present around the clock and made sure we never went without a place to sit, tons of food to snack on or sodas / tea / juice / water to drink. They were even prepared to provide us all with lunch or dinner if we asked. We had lots of questions and probably a larger than normal number of visitors, but it did not phase them. The nursing staffs main concern was our relatives comfort level and making sure our family had everything we needed. If you're in the search for a secure nursing facility, you won't find a better place! My entire family highly recommends this location!!

My father was there for 30 days! The plan was long term however the care he was given was horrible…read more He was hurt (abused) No one would speak to me about what happened. From the very beginning we should have backed out of putting my father here. First day the room was not ready, clothes in closet, room not cleaned etc. even the toilet didn't work. ( after a week of no toilet my husband and brother repaired the toilet. On more than one occasion meds were on the nightstand. My father was soiled at least 12 times. Not to mention the black eyes of many other residents. Our elderly are not respected and not taken care of. Something needs to change in this world where the elderly are just a burden of family members stepping up and just planning making sure they are taken care of properly. We did meet several residents who we grown to care about and it's extremely sad that i worry about them. However I can not set back and watch my father be mistreated. I would never recommend this place. I would give zero stars if I could. Still waiting on funds to be refunded. My father deserves to live the remainder of his life with people who loves him and will insure he is taken care.
