While no facility is perfection this facility did an incredible job in caring for my mom. The individualized care given allowed us to leave her here because we trusted her to be in their hands. Each of us live hundreds of miles away so you could imagine the anxiety anyone would have being so far away. If we had to do this again without hesitation we would choose for her to be here again. I am a nurse and have been for over 25 years so I know the care expectations and it was absolutely met at all levels!. Thank you to everyone at Cornerstone Gardens- Temple TX

My family member was there for years and her care and health got so bad she ended up in the hospital with multiple issues that was ignored. She has started to recover once she was in ICU and out of the hospital and placed into a new care facility. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone ever unless you're looking for them to deterate their health. I would never trust anything they have to say.

Melissa and her staff are top notch; super friendly, outgoing, knowledgable and professional! They accommodated our family being present around the clock and made sure we never went without a place to sit, tons of food to snack on or sodas / tea / juice / water to drink. They were even prepared to provide us all with lunch or dinner if we asked. We had lots of questions and probably a larger than normal number of visitors, but it did not phase them. The nursing staffs main concern was our relatives comfort level and making sure our family had everything we needed. If you're in the search for a secure nursing facility, you won't find a better place! My entire family highly recommends this location!!

I then saw an orthopedic doctor, followed by 5 months of physical therapy and dry needling. I called Dr Reynolds on a Thursday and he was able to see me the next morning. I remember reading that he could see results in 2-3 visits and I was skeptical, but it was 3 visits. In the first visit I could tell a difference in range of motion and after 3 visits I had relief. Because my profession requires me to use the same patterns of movement I will probably need reoccurring work on my rotator cuff but I have been able to sleep through the night without my hands falling asleep. I have been able to increase my weight during my workouts and I have had little to no discomfort in my shoulder that I was experiencing pain in for almost 7 months. Dr Austin really knows what he is doing for sports injuries. I highly recommend.

I know they only take people who are able to feed themselves (she is), so the kitchen staff may not think about it when they drop off their trays. I've mentioned it to the nurse, so hopefully that will be remedied. Mom has made so much progress...it's really amazing for someone her age who has been through hell. I'm very impressed with this place generally...everyone is very kind. If I had it to do over I would probably hire a sitter to help with mealtimes, but the confusion is wearing off and she'll be home soon...just a few more days. Thank you, Rapid Discovery!
