Negative stars even…read more My WDL # got transposed incorrectly by whoever put it into their system and I was told that they would not be able to submit my score until I had clarified the WDL # with the DMV. This was not my fault, however, I attempted to call them many times to rectify it so I could obtain my license. I called at varying times throughout the morning, afternoon and evening on three separate business days, In total I called 8 or 9 times and was sent to voicemail each time. I did leave a VM the first time, But was not going to leave 8 of them so the other times I called I did not leave a message. 3 days after my test was completed I finally submitted a complaint through their website asking to have it resolved by a certain deadline or I would file a formal complaint with the DOL. Scott sent me an email stating that he would enter it but that I should have left a message (I did). I was annoyed at how short he was with me in his email but was satisfied that they were going to handle it. This could've ended right there, We could have parted ways amicably. Scott sent me a strongly worded text message to state that the scores HAD been entered on the day of the test, so they resolved this and just didn't tell me. Had they answered their phone one of the 8 times I called, All of this would have been avoided. Do better Scott.

Scott is always very punctual and prepared. He is very patient and really cares about your progress in learning. Scott teaches with his soul and heart and not for the sake of doing business. He identifies your weaknesses very quickly and works continuously to fix them. Additionally, Scott is very culturally responsive. He treats representatives of different cultural backgrounds with respect, tolerance, and compassion. Every time I made a mistake Scott did his best to help me understand why it happened and how to avoid it in the future. He was very respectful and supportive. During and after my lessons, Scott was giving me a feedback on what I did well and what I needed to work on. I highly recommend the AC Driving School to every international student who would like to learn defensive driving and/or get a Washington State driving license. I did not have a chance to meet with other instructors of the AC Driving School but I believe that Scott does his best to hire devoted professionals and train his employees effectively to keep his driving school the best. I could go on all day about how grateful we are -- for the well-prepared lessons; for the care the staff took in managing COVID; for the level of support the teachers provided during potty-training; and for the photos and videos of our daughter we received throughout the day via Brightwheel. Daggy Hall is home to the Wadleigh and Jones Theatres, along with the theater and the speech and…read morehearing departments. STAGE, the student theater production group, also calls Daggy home! Wadleigh is a small theatre that I estimate to seat about 150 (but don't quote me on that!). Most of the shows I've seen in Wadleigh have been the WSU Nuthouse Improv Comedy shows. The layout allows for an interactive, intimate show. The Jones Theatre has more of a stage-audience distinction. This one seats about 400 comfortably. What's nice is that the aisles are wide enough that you aren't mugging the person you are attempting to pass. The shows I've seen in this theatre are more plays and music concerts. I actually recently saw Baxter Black there. A cowboy poet with humor who led a very conversational and congenial performance! Daggy's a neat building though. In the afternoons you can often hear the STAGE people messing around and it's pretty fun to listen to!

Mind blown once again! Went in today for my two year touch…read moreup! Karly is still the most amazing woman ever and never fails to amaze me with her talent! Let me just tell you a little of what you can expect. There plenty of parking when you first arrive and it's definitely a very nice building so no stresses there. Karly will either give you the code to get in the elevator, or meet you in the parking lot. If your like me and get lost easily this is super helpful. Once you arrive inside her office, you'll first notice is kept extremely clean, it's decorated super cute and she has very good taste in lamps. Lol. Seriously though, you will feel 100% safe knowing and seeing how extremely clean it is and how she goes to the max on making sure your in a sterile area for your eyebrows to be done. She also has water bottles available, I always find this to be useful and nice. On to the actual procedure. So as I said earlier it's extremely clean, Karly makes sure she opens thing in front of you so you know it's never been used before. She also has everything covered in plastic, gives you a hair net, wears one herself as well as a face mask like they do at nail salons. This is a big deal for me! I feel like a lot of places just don't seam to pay this much attention to detail and it can be stressful to feel like things are not in order all the way when your trusting someone with your body. Or at least that's how I feel. Anyways, she does go over shape with you and will actually listen to what you want, she never makes me feel uncomfortable when I give my opinion. That's another win! After shape is chosen she adds a numbing cream to your brows. I love this stuff! I literally had to ask her if she started already cause I couldn't feel it. Once that cream starts fading away she'll add more too. Thank god! Lol. I'm a huge baby! She sits you up a few times in the apt to make sure your happy with the work done so far and if there's anything you want different. This to me is great! I really like that she makes me feel like I'm in control of how they're gonna turn out and she wants to be 100% sure I leave happy. Obviously she does a amazing job and is so experienced I really don't have much to say, she never does anything I'm not happy with. :) Once the apt is over with she will give you some aftercare things to take home as well as a sheet of paper with the aftercare instructions. They are super easy and as long as you follow them you'll have no problems at all! After all is said and done you book your touch up and your good to go! All in all, I am super stoked about the way my eyebrows turned out and will forever be a customer! She is amazing, well educated, genuine, entertaining and does the best eyebrows ever! I was a bit nervous to make a commitment to permanently alter my face and almost cancelled the…read morenight before but I'm glad I didn't. Karly is so sweet and instantly put me at ease. She was informative and encouraged me to ask all the questions I needed to. All the horror stories I read online were for the traditional tattoo method. Karly is highly skilled at the SofTap method. Very different from the traditional tattoo method. SofTap is noiseless, non-invasive, and gives clients the most natural look in permanent cosmetics. I got my eyebrows and lips done. Karly used a lot of numbing products so I virtually felt nothing. I almost fell asleep during the process. Karly is a perfectionist and makes sure you look natural and are happy with your look when you walk out the door. She sent me home with a care sheet and ointment for my brows and numbing ointment for my lips. After care is to keep my brows dry for 4 days then use the ointment and numbing cream for 48 hours to keep my lips moist and help with any after pain. Honestly, the only after pain is minor prickly feeling on my lips and brows. Which is essentially no pain at all. I'm def grateful I made the decision to get my lips and brows done with Karly. She's amazing! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you, Karly!

They were the least expensive day care around and thats why we chose them initialy but soo we fell in love with them for the way they truly loved our kids. I would recomend them to anyone looking for a loving enviroment for thier children. Also they are fantastic teachers, my youngest was writing her name at 4 and my oldest was well ahead of hr class for kindergarten.
