I was experiencing so much fallout to the point where I thought I was going to end up bald. The amount of hair that was falling out daily was frightening, not only when taking a shower, but when brushing my hair or even when trying to braid it or slightly style it. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Nelli and provided with forms with detailed questions that inquired not only about the external, but the internal as well including diet, family medical history etc. Once the form was completed, she went over everything in detail. I learned so much about the scalp and the things I was doing wrong. The treatment itself was AMAZING! The experience was so relaxing, but it wasn't just a wellness treatment, it was with the intention of healing the scalp and finding a solution to my hair loss problem and treating it. After the first treatment, I started seeing a decrease in loss, but after the second treatment, I barely had any loss. My scalp was showing new growth, and my hair is healthier than it's ever been. I had mixed feelings about my appointment. It started off frustrating as I arrived early to have some time to relax, but the parking situation on a Saturday was really challenging. They only have two spots in the back, which were taken, and I couldn't get through to anyone on the phone for help. I ended up parking at Target and walking over to be able to ask about parking. Even when I arrived and asked about parking, they didn't have a clear answer, so I spent about 10 minutes circling the area looking for a spot. Definitely not ideal. Once inside, Aza was really kind and could tell I was stressed. She did her best to help me relax and also accommodate my request to speed things up since I had to get back to my baby. The hair wash was good, and the body massage while lying down was cool and calming in the moment. Afterward, we looked at my scalp, and a lot of the buildup had been cleared, which was great. The blow dry, however, was underwhelming. My roots were still damp, and even with extra effort from Nellie, it didn't feel finished or polished. That part definitely could've been better especially since I stayed the whole time. The next day, I experienced lower back pain and some bruising from the massage table setup. I won't be opting for that portion again in the future. Overall, it was a decent experience not as amazing as I had hoped but my scalp did feel noticeably better afterward. read more

First off don't come here if you don't look rich. She was not sweet at all. Maybe it's because I don't drive a Mercedes whatever. Wasted 100 dollars in a fast tan that came out streaky. I asked her before I left if the streaks would go away and she said yes when I rinsed. Even though she wasn't nice and got annoyed every time I didn't move the way I was supposed to, even though I told her it was my first time!! Also she got annoyed when I asked her questions. And then she had her friend in there who was supposedly "training" and she didn't even care to make sure I had complete privacy.
