This is a family run gym... a family who are deeply invested in being fit, and sharing their experience with others. I was given a weekly menu and shopping list to start. I'm not going to starve...as a matter of fact, I may have trouble eating all the food they want me to eat. I've only been to one session so far, but from what I see they know what they are doing, and care about your fitness and health. Considering the services they offer this gym has much more value than one of the big-box gyms. This one is small, and they help you along the way. At other places you have to pay extra for that. This is not just a gym, this is a lifestyle, and they get you into it in a way that makes you feel like you're making progress. Update to follow.

I was spoken down to today and thrown so much paperwork that it was absurd. I had been here once over a year ago. I got an email for a free stretch so I signed up. Came to my appointment and since I had been here previously, no stretch without out of pocket expense. The 15 minute one way conversation by Julian J was that of a used car salesman. Unreal. He also said I was free to stay and watch others stretching to see if something I would like purchase. I'm all set with this fiasco. Not one person was coming in or came in. Please reference photo.

I've been here before, but today I spoke with Lacie -- and she was exactly what you want in this kind of place: attentive, professional, and the kind of guide who makes the whole process feel less like therapy and more like rediscovering how your body is supposed to move. This isn't new-age fluff or Instagram wellness. It's practical, almost primal. Romans had their baths, samurai had their rituals, and Coral Springs has Stretch Zone. You walk in stiff, carrying the weight of old injuries and the stress of modern life, and you walk out feeling rewound -- looser, lighter. The service is consistently excellent, the space clean and welcoming, and the results real. Talking with Lacie today sealed it: this is one of those rare investments in yourself that actually pays back or in my case back on track.
