Disappointing is an easy way to summarize the service I received from Nook-n-Kranny. 90% of what was in the report were things that my wife and I noticed in viewing the home, cheap peeling floor, faulty GFCI outlet (they have a glowing light that tells you it's failed) rotting deck board ect. For some reason there was no attempt at gaining access to the crawl space so multiple sewage pipes that were disconnected were not noted. We happened to meet a different inspector that had done a walk through and he gave us a mile long list of things he found that were not found by Nook-n-Kranny. If I had to put a number value on the service which we received I'd say it was about $20, not the hundreds we paid.
