He explained everything he could do. No hard sales pitch! We purchased his full system, including a reverse osmosis system for about half of the quote we received from the national chain. Their RO system sucked. It broke down and completely stopped working (a dribble, to no water) about every 6 months. I would have to call them out and get a repair and pay for it! I finally replaced their RO system last year with a self-installed APEC system and have never looked back - totally reliable constant water pressure, highly recommended! In addition, I commissioned Water Tec to deliver potassium for my water softener after they installed it. Again totally unreliable! I instructed them to fill up the potassium bin and leave three extra bags of potassium every time they delivered. Did they do that? No! They filled up the tank but didn't leave any extra bags on multiple occasions. I just went out to inspect the potassium bin tonight and it's completely empty again. I've had it with them. Don't go with this company. You will regret it. If I could have given them no stars I would have.

I've since called other retailers one who was able to fix my unit and said that Kenetico refuses to sell them parts and that that's what they are known for, to say they cannot or refuse to fix the unit and try to sell you a new one.
