They did not want to even consider any form of warranty. What is the point of using a professional plumbing company that charges so much for toilet installation and then it does not even last a couple of years. The toilet does not even flush. And they also were not able to give me an appointment for a week or so out. Needless I I say I will not be using them for any on my properties, nor will I use them for other services or HVAC due to this poor customer service. Poor value!

Title: Beyond Disappointed…read more I rarely leave reviews, but what I've gone through with Fusion Air and Plumbing has been heartbreaking and financially devastating, and I don't want anyone else to experience what I have. I hired them to install a brand-new air-conditioning system in December 2024. I trusted them. Instead, I ended up with a faulty A/C fan that ran nonstop, caused my home to stay extremely uncomfortable, and left me with an electric bill that skyrocketed to nearly $5,000. When I called Fusion for help, I explained that the electric company believed the issue was most likely a fan that wouldn't shut off. Instead of addressing that, Fusion charged me 2000 dollars to remove an old, already-disconnected swamp cooler from my roof. They assured me that was the cause of my crisis. I didn't know any better, and I believed them--because I had no reason not to. But the bills kept climbing. The stress was overwhelming. I called again, desperate for answers, and only then did the technician admit the obvious: the fan they installed was the problem all along. They replaced it, but the damage--financially and emotionally--was already done. What has hurt the most is the complete silence from the owner, Sean Stewart. I provided copies of my electric bills. I asked for a phone call. I wrote letters. I called again and again. He never responded--not once. Not even an acknowledgment. Since July 2025, I've been struggling under thousands of dollars of debt from a situation that should never have happened and was not my fault. This is on top of the cost of the new A/C system ($11,000) and the unnecessary charges for removing the swamp cooler. As a disabled senior citizen living on a fixed income, these months have been painful, frightening, and deeply discouraging. I wish my experience had been different. But based on what I've gone through, I cannot recommend Fusion Plumbing and Air to anyone.

I figured it just needed the cartridge replaced. One of their techs came out to look things over. I told him what I thought the issue was. What should have been an easy 15-20 min fix, turned into a huge ordeal according to him. Supposedly he could not get the fixture off, when he finally did he couldn't get the the cylinder around the cartridge off. He told me he was gonna have to blow torch it. He ended up leaving, saying he needed to order all new parts and they would reschedule a visit. According to him I needed a new valve, a new smitty plate and they would need to get access into my wall. He also instructed us not to use the shower because he took a blowtorch to it, in case there was a leak from it. Couple days go by and I get an bill for close to 700 dollars. I ended up calling another plumber that was recommended to me by a family member. I am so glad I did!! I called up this new plumber and he came out the same day. I told him the situation and even before he saw the shower he laughed. He was amazed at how much Waterway Plumbing was over charging me. Example: 365 dollars for a Smitty Plate (JUST the Smitty plate, NOT a combo or anything special) also not including the labor. Look up the cost for a Smitty Plate...definitely NOT $365. Anyway, my new plumber easily removed everything that was supposedly stuck. He asked "what the hell was he blow torching? "There isn't anything in here that requires blow torching, you don't have copper pipes and nothing here should be torched!" He also showed me how easy it was to remove that cylinder that the other tech supposedly couldn't get off. My new plumber found the problem...the cartridge, like I originally said. He replaced it for 90 dollars, in 20 mins. My shower is working like a charm. Anyway, do you research, ask for trusted recommendations, and by all means do not use or trust Waterway Plumbing. Shame on you guys for your deceptive practices.
