We had to bring our soon to be one year old cat here last night due to him deciding to eat a Q-Tip. The veterinarian receptionist on the phone was very kind and patient while taking my/our information prior to our arrival. Upon check-in, they were able to see Artichoke within two minutes of us getting there. They did his vitals in back and then moved my boyfriend and I from the waiting area/lobby to a separate room where the vet could speak with us. The vet was kind when speaking with us, and even when discussing the potential worst outcomes of what needed to happen, she spoke calmly which definitely helped us both with our nerves. The clinic offered a few different options of how they could remove the item and what payments would look like. They also offer payment plans for those who may need one. In total, we arrived around 10:40P and were out by midnight. Pretty quick turn around and honestly, the price wasn't that bad either. Our cat was a little stubborn so they had to double dose him with the steroid to induce his vomiting, but even with that and the walk-in emergency vet fee, it was all under $300. While I hope that we will never need to come back here, they will always be my first call should we need it! read more

I am so grateful to Integrity Vet Center and all the kind and competent employees who work there. My kitty Maggie has a chronic urinary condition with periodic flare-ups and twice now I've been there they've been able to get her in same-day for an urgent care visit. Everyone I've ever interacted with there has gone above and beyond to show kindness to both myself and my little girl during these stressful episodes. Even as the office is clearly busy taking care of many other sick pets at the same time as mine, she's always been treated with the utmost compassion and competent thorough care. we were extremely pleased with everyone from the receptionists I dealt with when I called to make the appointment, to the receptionist that greeted us, to the vet tech to the wonderful vet! They spent plenty of time with us, being sure to allow time to ask questions. They presented us with an estimate for treatment which was more than fair, and less than many of the urgent/emergent care facilities we have experienced. The time it took from the moment we walked in the door was reasonable. My dog seemed very comfortable and at ease. I believe our vet tech was Debbie and our vet was Stuart, they were both exceptional! Highly recommend this facility. Will use again if they need arises. read more

Saw Dr. Mueller this week for help treating a gallbladder condition in on our elderly dog. Two friends/family members suggested we seek care here, as well as our dogs primary care vet. All of the staff were professional and provided clear communication about costs, process and what to expect. Goose is not the calmest dog to work with, but they never made us feel uncomfortable about this reality. Cost was similar to what I have paid at VESH, Tufts and Pieper Memorial for emergency or specialty vet care over the years. I appreciated Dr M's feedback on how we can best help Goose to adjust to her aging body as comfortably as possible. The only thing I would change is that I would love to see an exotic vet become available, in case we need emergency services for our rabbits (driving to Tufts or Pieper is always stressful as it is so far away when needing urgent care). I rarely post reviews, but the sub-standard care at the misnamed Integrity Vet Center (no integrity to be found there) shouldn't be a secret. I have lived with and cared for dogs all my life and I have never encountered anything like (Non) Integrity Vet Center. Their name and slick DEI advertising do not actually reflect the staff's treatment of pets and people. If you love your dog and if you have a choice, go elsewhere. read more

Great ER care for my senior cat. ER vets are generally expensive, but at Integrity I felt like they worked with me and provided me with options and a price range for care, and that they were not out to "gouge" me (unlike prior ER vet experiences at VCA hospitals). Cannot recommend Integrity highly enough and would go back if I ever need ER vet services again. read more

We brought our dear old dog who had passed overnight in my arms, in for cremation services. Even though we did not pay for an appointment with the doctors we were still given a room in which to say goodbye before we left and I truly needed that. It was incredibly thoughtful. My dog was diagnosed with Lymphoma right at the start of January, it was absolutely devastating. From the first call to them Integrity Vet Care made me feel so much better and like I had a path forwarded during what was easily the most overwhelming week of my life. He completed CHOP protocol once and had almost three months of total remission and just started a modified CHOP again which had immediate positive response on it. Through out such a devasting diagnosis (and despite him not always being very quiet/considerate of others ) they have kept a near perfect schedule, really make me feel how much they care and have had many options to consider, factoring health, side effects and cost each time. I can't recommend them enough for urgent care or cancer care. read more

I understand the need to pay the vet fee, also understand why some x-rays can be expensive, but to get charged 300.00 for a med that could have been bought for 33.00 over the counter was extremely selfish. Some of us just love our pets, doesn't mean you should charge 800.00 for a visit that only needed a 33.00 medicine. Also knowing I didn't need x-rays but used my love for my pet against me. I'll be late on my rent this month and the next...... thank you integrity vet. What's crazy is that you also where trying to have me pay 180.00 more dollars for a blood work that obviously wasn't needed. That's just wrong. Very disappointing read more

Amazing! I had called my dog's actual vet to see if they could see him since he wasn't eating or drinking water and was having stool problems, but they didn't have any space since they were booked up with appointments for that day and emergencies from other pets so they referred me to integrity. I called and they answered promptly. I told them my situation and they were very accommodating. They said they could see my dog that same day (which was amazing by the way) and I was super happy because I was really worried about my dog. When I got to integrity, I checked in through my phone and we went inside. The front desk employees were super nice and friendly. We waited no more than 5 minutes before they took my dog to the back and we went into another room with the veterinarian to speak about my dog's problem and the price estimate. The vet was super kind and nice. She explained everything clearly and even went through the cost estimate with us and explained everything on the cost estimate sheet. We signed the cost estimate sheet and were told to come back in 3-4 hours for our dog. Those hours waiting to hear a call back from them was nerve wracking because I thought something went wrong, but nothing bad even happened. I was all worried for no reason. Everything on his blood work and ultrasound was fine. We were given medicine for him for 1 week and he was good to go. The payment wasn't even that high either which was good because at a 24/7 pet hospital it would've been even more expensive. Thank goodness for this place, their lovely front desk employees, the vet and the rest of the veterinary staff. read more

We brought our dog in to be euthanized and had a very positive experience. We were seen right on time for our scheduled appointment. The staff were all friendly, empathetic, and compassionate. Dr. Alyssa Cote was especially amazing. She was professional, caring, and good at her job. She explained everything very well! I highly recommend Integrity Veterinary Center! This business lacks "integrity"! In an emergency with our pet, were we needed immediate help. We had never heard of this place before, but when we called, they required credit card information just to make an appointment. Upon arriving at a shared parking lot, we felt uneasy and questioned if we were in the right place. A sign instructed us to call a number, but we were told someone would call us back. Frustrated and being told that someone would call back??? We decided to leave and asked them not to charge us, only to be told, "I don't make the rules." We requested to speak to a higher-up and waited a long time in the parking lot. As we were leaving and had our vehicle in reverse, someone confronted us outside in the parking lot and "harshly" told us never to return and I had tried to reverse our vehicle, this is ree dick u less! Thankfully, we went to another emergency pet hospital and walked right in and they had compassion and feelings, where our pet received proper care. read more

This will be my final update on my experience with Integrity Veterinary Clinic. Please see my previous review and Maloney/Huss's response. I do want to address a few of Maloney-Huss's lies. 1. I did call 3-4 times that day, not 20 times. I have phone records to prove that. 2. I never threatened to go to the IVC facility and forcibly take my dog's needed medicine. I said I would need a partial refill of my dog's prescription to hold him over until I was able to secure another oncology provider for Jag. I said I could come down and get it. Erica stated, "You can't come here, if you do I will call the police." I responded, Go ahead, I'm a cop and I've done nothing wrong." I'm 66 years old and have an impeccable record as a Police Officer. Zero complaints against me. 3. I was NOT terminated from another animal hospital. I chose to stop bringing my pets there because Jag got a life threatening infection from dirty surgery that required additional emergency surgery at Tufts. 4. I did speak with IVC in an authoritative, raised voice. There is a big difference between raising your voice and yelling. At no time did I yell, swear or threaten anyone at IVC. IVC's claim of such is a bold face lie. I had my entire phone conversation with Erica on speaker phone and my wife heard the whole conversation. She can support my claim that IVC is truly lying about my demeanor and words used. When my conversation with Erica ended I did call back a third time that day requesting a written prescription for Jag so that I could continue his treatment until another oncologist could take over Jags care. IVC said they would provide a two week written prescription. 5.I ordered the prescription through Chewy.com. Chewy reached out to IVC every 12 hours for six days requesting the prescription. On April 11 I called IVC and asked why they weren't responding to Chewy's request. I was put on hold. When the receptionist came back on line she stated that they put the prescription through while I was on hold. Six days to send out a prescription to the dog's pharmacy is unacceptable, particularly because my dog had already missed 4 doses of this life saving medication. 6. Jag is now being treated by Piper Animal Hospital in CT. The oncologist there could not understand why IVC requires monthly blood work. Piper requires it every three months. Piper also couldn't understand why IVC requires cancer re-staging every three months. Piper recommend re-staging twice a year. It seems to me that IVC is more interested in taking my money for unnecessary tests than treating my dog. It should be quite evident that Dr. Maloney-Huss does not care about the well being of the animals she is providing care for. The fact that she is sending false messages to other Veterinarians demonstrates how far she will go to interfere with the care of my dog. In addition, she is now accusing me of sending spam messages to her office. This is absolutely false. The lengths that Dr. Maloney-Huss has gone to with her absolute lies indicates to me that she has some very deep rooted issues. Very sad. This has been such an upsetting experience that I have since filed a claim against IVC with the Massachusetts Division of Occupational Licensure I'm sure Maloney-Huss will want to get the last word in but I'm done with her nonsense. Hopefully the state will see the pattern of how IVC deals with clients when IVC makes an error in treatment of our pets. Just look at the other reviews on Yelp and IVC's 2 1/2 star rating. read more

New A vet is considered by most courts to be responsible for the care of your animal once the veterinarian agrees to provide a healthcare service. By agreeing to provide their service, they are also agreeing to ownership over the legal duty of reasonable care. In an ideal world, you should be able to have faith in the vet's professional abilities and trust that they will benevolently care for your animal. Integrity Vet does not follow this creed. My dog Jag has been under the care of Integrity Vet for a little over a year. Jag has cancer and is being treated with Palladia. Jag needs this medicine 3x/wk, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. For the second month in a row Integrity has failed to fill Jags prescription as needed. I called Integrity on Wednesday April 2 at 8:30 for a refill of Jags Palladia. On Friday April 4 I called Integrity because Jag was overdue his medication. I spoke with a person named Jake and he said he didn't see the order and he would look into it and call me back. At 3:00 PM I called again and spoke with Jake. Jake stated that Jag didn't have his monthly bloodwork done and that's why they didn't fill the prescription. I informed Jake that per Dr. Hunley's order Jag was down to every two months for bloodwork. We kept going back and forth and I did raise my voice out of frustration. At no time did I swear, threaten or otherwise insult Jake. Jake then had me speak with the practice administrator, Erica. Erica was the most condescending person and had absolutely no interpersonal skills. Instead of admitting they made a mistake Erica started berating me for raising my voice at her employee. I could only take so much of that so I said "Call me when Jags prescription is ready" and I hung up. Erica called me a few minutes later and said that Integrity would no longer treat Jag. I said that's fine but I needed them to provide enough of his life saving chemo to hold me over till I could find another oncologist to take over Jags care. Erica refused. I am very disappointed in the way Erica handled this situation and her total disregard for my dogs well being. I would not recommend Integrity to anyone. read more

Rude. Horribly out of touch when they are taking your money, increasing charges and forgetting to tell you diagnosis from previous appointments. I'm filing a complaint with the better business bureau I had that terrible of an experience. Never again. Also? They knew about our dogs gall bladder issue for 3 WEEKS without providing meds for it. Oh and did I mention the " banned" me from returning to the clinic/bringing my pet because I had a negative interaction with their front staff? I am an educated adult, and I know how to comport myself. The audacity to assume I was aggressive and refuse care to my animal is cause for a major complaint. Communication is not their forte, whatsoever. Our dog had been seen for sometime, only at this latest appointment was my husband given an email address to communicate with someone directly. I was insulted and treated in a condescending manner. The attempt at professionalism is just that. A failed attempt. We have left this clinic and advise others to do research. It's also in bad taste for the owner to respond to negative reviews by citing suicide in her industry being a direct result of online reviews. Reaching to its finest. And then publicly state that person is no longer allowed at their clinic. It's shocking and borderline discriminatory. read more
