Very friendly and accommodating tax prep service. Finding a place to park is a hassle but the service was worth it.

I went to Elizabeth after doing my taxes at the same place for the past 15 years. It was super easy to make an appointment, she was very personable, and I was in and out in about 45 minutes. I also paid almost $50 less than previous years for my refund to be deposited directly into my bank acct. The BIGGEST bonus? Elizabeth is straight up LEGIT. My previous tax preparer got me large returns BUT also did some shady things so I was always audited and had to pay back. So not worth it!! Their services were quick and simple however I didn't get a quote before they did my taxes, and then my taxes happened to be $250 for my husband and I which was a bit shocking because after looking on their website and at their prices I thought it should be closer to $160 but that was my assumption. Let me start off by saying I've been doing my own taxes with turbo tax over the past 3 years and I always thought there was no difference in going to a tax person and doing it yourself well let me tell you big difference and my gosh do I regret not ever meeting this Amazing wonderful woman Elizabeth is the best income tax person I've ever came across I've had bad experiences with HR and Liberty just over paying to get it done and then horrible returns. And no one ever offering really important tax information she was very helpful and gave me so much general resources on taxes that I now understand what Ill be doing to ensure I get more end of year.
