I'll only write a bad review if I really don't appreciate or dislike the customer service. A friend recommended me to this location. I decided to go and give them a try. The lady that helped me was super kind, but I did have a hard time understanding her bc of her accent. She told me approximately I would be receiving around $5k. But she had to go on her lunch and her co-worker helped me and it ended up going down to $4k which I should of asked why I was told 2 different refund amounts. So I went ahead and ended up filing my taxes anyways. I do feel like you get overcharged for doing your taxes. I been to other locations where they charge less. But continuing the story, I filed my taxes on Mid February this year & ended up getting denied my social has been getting used. Which I'm aware it's been happening these past few years so I been using the PIN the IRS sends me to verify I'm saying who I am. 2-3 days later I file my taxes through mail. It's now been 5 DAMN way too long months. Completely understand the whole COVID situation and them being understaffed, the IRS. Not long ago I get a call from one of the ladies from "Best Tax Services," I easily recognize who I'm speaking too but I'm just bad with names. She asked me if I received my taxes yet. I just tell them no and that I'm pretty upset, having to wait this long and she tells me they have other customers of waiting for their refunds as well. Lastly, she said to pay them as soon as I get it. Mind you I'm already irritated waiting this long for my tax refund. Today I get a call from the same lady asking if I already received my tax refund yet and I told her no & that I called the IRS and they told me to wait another 16 weeks and sounds hesitant and replied with "when you receive your taxes come pay them." At this point I'm pretty annoyed like how are you gonna tell me to pay you if I haven't received my refund. Obviously I know I have to. Wouldn't recommend any of my friends or family to come here. I don't fully feel like I got enough help from any of them besides the lady who helped me through the 1st half of taxes. read more

So glad i found this spot! Ive been doing my taxes with liberty tax and stopped doing business with them because they never submitted my state refund and so i never got a stimulis check! I saw this business had great reviews and so i called them and they said i was able to come in without an appointment. I was greeted by everyone and was helped out by Magdalene. She's super sweet and helpful. I briefly told her about my situation with liberty tax. She told me they also scammed her years ago! Another associate overheard our convo and came to ask about my situation with liberty tax. Came across this place that has a 5 star rating and I can see why! I walked in without an appoinment and was greeted by Nasseif himself. Very professional and friendly man, not to mention he is an enrolled agent which means he is licensed at the federal level the highest credential you can receive. I am stoked to say that not only did he save me from paying taxes back on my 1099 misc form, but I was able to receive a refund which I did not expect at all. I am a massage therapist and also a full time student so Nasseif was able to identify all possible deductions to ensure I did not owe anything.
