Very helpful and diligent! He always communicates and helps us understand the process and reasoning behind it.

I hired Aaron to do my personal taxes and my business partner and I hired him to do our corporate taxes. He did an amazing job. I own some rental properties and Aaron was able to help me figure out my deductions. For our small business he worked with our bookkeeper to get our return completed on time and helped us with our deductions. I look forward to working with him again next year. His attention to detail was great and I did not have any issues or problems. Johnson Accounting also has an online portal where you can easily upload documents and retrieve them. Super easy process. Thanks Aaron! read more

I had just qualified for SSDI. I received back pay that was broken out by prior years I was due. I got divorced in Sep 2016 and to be honest my ex just filed my taxes. Then in 2017 did not file due to low income. Then had to back file in 2018 for reasons I cant remember. Needless to say, my files and documents were a complete mess. Aaron was able to get all the back info needed and understood how to process this type of tax return. He's very professional, quick to process, and thoroughly explains the tax laws easily to understand. I wouldn't hesitate to have my taxes done by him. Fair pricing too! read more

Awesome Job Aaron!!! I am so grateful that you could take this on and get it back to me so quickly! See you next year...!

Great communication and got our job done quick and efficient. Will be using you guys again!

Aaron is the absolute best. He brought me current with my taxes, I was behind several years, and made it seem so seamless when I was dreading to even tackle them. I'd definitely recommend him for anyone who's in a sticky situation and you don't want to or even trust to do them yourself. Area is nice by the water, easy metered parking (you won't be there long anyway), and just all around a very easy process for a yearly thing that stresses most of the world out. Call him, you won't be disappointed! read more

With all the confusion & uncertainty in our current economical landscape it's good to know a patient, caring & knowledgeable accountant. Johnson Accounting is by far the most honest I've ever seen. After speaking with seven different accountants I choose Johnson's because every question I asked they answered. Not just to qualify but to actually educate me on my upcoming tax burden. Who else should you have to face the IRS with other then a registered agent! Johnson Accounting is one, of course! Looking forward to a long relationship with this firm & will highly recommend to anyone. read more

I messaged 8 accountants/tax people and let them know I was 4 years behind on my difficult, self-employed taxes. Aaron was the only one who offered to get my tax documents from the IRS himself! Every other accountant told me I had to do that before I got started. If you've ever been behind on taxes you know that every little step seems giant. Aaron kept the process going, even when it sometimes took me a minute to get back to him. He is fast, easy to work with, and has competitive rates. He really cares about the people he helps and it shows. I'm so grateful to have found someone to help me with what seemed like an insurmountable task, and at a reasonable rate at that! read more

Aaron is great! I have a small business and know little about accounting or business tax, l was so happy to find someone who makes it easy! Being self employed I've always dreaded tax season. No one ever teaches us about taxes or deductions, but those 2 mandatory years of French are really coming in handy! This is my second year coming to Aaron. He has a great eye for detail and he meticulously looks into every nook and cranny to maximize my refund. I usually get my refund super quick too. All in all an excellent experience. read more

When I came to Aaron I was about 5 years behind on taxes as well as lacking a lot of paperwork the IRS said I needed. He made the process so easy and stress-free I kicked myself for not coming to him earlier. With his knowledge, experience and gracious bedside manner he was able to take something that appeared to be a gigantic alien monster whos only goal was to consume me, and brought it down to the level of...well, let's just say moody cat. While all along helping me understand what he was doing and how to better prepare for the next tax season. He has helped saved me tons of money, headaches, a few gray hairs and possibly granted me a few years of life that the stress of taxes can eat away at. I can not recommend him highly enough. read more

When I think of paying someone else to do my taxes, I think of fast, easy and ultimately saving me money. I am happy to say that Aaron delivers on each of these fronts. First of all, Aaron seems to be knowledgeable and skilled in terms of navigating my partnership and sole prop taxes. He brings confidence and experience to this process in a way that allows me to rest easy, and he is always able and willing to explain things to me that are hard to grasp. Aaron's rates are very reasonable, and he definitely gets me more deductions than I had been getting when doing my own taxes. This is a very significant selling point, all on its own. When it comes to doing taxes, I'm not the most pro-active person. I'm a bit embarrassed to say that I have a habit of delivering my info in the 11th hour, only to find that Aaron's turnaround time is almost immediate. And, he always remains professional and unruffled when I put him in these situations. So to summarize, fast, easy and so so worth it. This is your accountant and tax preparer. read more
