I showed up to the appointment, they didn't, called them and was told one of their guys was on their way but he ended up not showing. Wasted 2 hours due to their mishandling. Never called them again after. ------- a company representative reached out after I wrote the above review. I decided to give them another chance. Restoration Roofing replaced our roof after we had hail damage. This is a normal thing that happens…read moreand normally isn't a big deal.... but our mortgage company changed hands as well as our home owners insurance which complicated things 10 fold. Not only did Restoration Roofing replace our roof they upgraded it and when our insurance and mortgage company decided to fight each other leaving me and my wife in the middle of it to cover costs, their manager Chris Wander walked us through the steps and was super patient to get paid on work he and his team had already done. It took 9 months before everything got settled and if I was in their shoes I don't know if I would have been able to keep cool for that long. I hope nobody else has to go through the same situation but if they do I hope you get Chris Wander and Restoration Roofing in your corner.

We did hit a snag with the insurance company, but Clayton had it solved on his end before he even told us about it. Their rates are more than fair, I highly recommend this company!
