Like many reviewers stated, BUYERS BEWARE! I love how they brand themselves as "Integrity" Public Auction, and judging from multiple posts.. they are anything but integrity. Integrity implies honesty and yet many fellow buyers are disagreeing with their integrity. As many stated, the products here are a hit or miss and as a buyer you have to be careful what you bid for! I had purchase from this place 4 times, and the 2 items I purchased were damaged and 1 was returned immediately because the box had the "damaged" sticker. However on the website, the "damaged" sticker was blurred out and I only found the issue when I went to pick it up. I immediately returned the product with ease but it is beyond frustrating when the item did not contain the correct information when I bid. This is where I question their integrity because it looks like they had purposely position and/or retract information that would have changed the bidders decisions. As for the other two damaged items I did pick up, one of them actually have the "damaged" on the picture but it was not written in the caption. You really have to LOOK and EXAMINE every detail in the picture. To cover your bases, I honestly would recommend double checking the product when you retrieve it (i.e. examine the box, and/or open the box to examine product). The other product unfortunately did not have damaged written on it, but the product itself was completely damaged. It does not look like they open every product they receive so as a responsible buyer, you can either check the product after purchase in the parking lot OR you just take the loss! I personally don't have good luck with this auction, but my housemate does! She has purchased items such as goodie bags, monitors, tv, carpets, and etc and had no serious issues with them. She did have a few that were no good, and she took the loss for them. However majority of her purchase have not been a "miss" for her and it is because she purchased over $100 items that are either electronics and/or furniture pieces. The electronics (up to a certain amount) the auction is willing to refund if it doesn't work, especially if they posted on the site that the item is working function. They know they would have serious complaints if the item is broken so they are bit honest about the electronics that priced at a higher range. The items that are non electronic and/or priced lower are risky tbh. We had got items like whiteboards, picture frames, and fragile items that were damaged and non-repairable. So be cautious when bidding on products, and double check what you are purchasing before you leave the lot! This place has good deals but you have to have an eye to spot the awful ones. DON'T NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE NON-SENSE. I bided on a smart lock and won. When I picked up the item I noticed that the box had been opened and taped closed. When I finally got someone to install the lock the professional laughed and said too many parts were missing and the lock was no good! I called Integrity back and they basically told me I needed to check to see if the parts were there before leaving the facility. How was I supposed to know everything that was supposed to be in that box!! They'll never get my money again and I suggest you look carefully at any item purchased before leaving the grounds. Hit and miss! Sometimes you get some good items, sometimes you get super messed up items. Here's the thing, descriptions don't match to what you get. It's displayed with Amazon stock photos but when you pick up the item it's nowhere near what it actually looks like. We've purchased items as much as over $250 but when we pick it up it's like someone took their anger out on the item. They say "if it turns on it's yours" even if it doesn't work. BUYER BEWARE. The hit or miss is %100 accurate but it literally states that these are return items and may be missing parts or not work. I have had issues with several items and they had no problem refunding me. I bought a $4000 BBQ for $500 that needed a $20 wheel from harbor freight. I've purchased many items for my child, for my wife and for myself and will continue to support this business. read more

Purchased a couple mattresses a certain size but when I opened the box the sizes were much different than what I ordered. You cannot check the sizes until you open the box as the package in taped/securely sealed. Very deceptive, no integrity, please change your name. read more

I purchased a dog door for my puppy that was listed on the site in the color brown. She was too little to use it at the time of purchase but when she was old enough, I opened the box to find a white color dog door. I brought the item back 2 months later to let them know they listed it as brown and it was white and to ask for my money back. The manager as nice as she was, told me I should have checked the item sooner and she could not refund the money. How about you guys check your items correctly before posting them to your site so people aren't disappointed when they receive the incorrect color? I get that it was two months since purchase but it's not like I was trying to bring it back because it was broken or missing prices, which I know they don't honor anyway. It was clearly your fault for posting the incorrect color of the item so you should have apologized and refunded the item no questions asked no matter how long it had been. read more

I've been buying from Integrity for several months now and I have spent a lot of money. Products are hit and miss mostly but lately they're more miss. I understand "buyer beware" on items like this but I also expect the lot details to be accurate. It's really frustrating when you go to pick up items and on the box it says, "wrong box" but you open it and there are parts missing too. Or you get the box and it's the wrong box and on it says, "bent tire" but you open it and the rim is twisted with spokes ripped out. None of this is stated on the lot details. Here's the thing, if I have accurate information I can adjust my bid amount and my amount of fight for an item because I can find a wheel or some pedals but knowing the wheel actually costs three times what I paid for the bike and makes the cost go above retail; I'll move on. Do you get me? Another problem is this: it says inspect your items before you leave because we won't refund or exchange once you leave, how? Open up the boxes, hold up the line, piss the ones off that are waiting behind you? That brings up another problem, Pre auction inspection; how do I do that when the boxes are sealed and the notes on the boxes are inaccurate? Here I will list things I had problems that weren't noted: bird bath missing main pole, string light poles, missing bottom stakes, toddler bike missing pedal, boys bmx bike destroyed wheel, end table, parts don't fit together, area rug sliced in middle, storage containers (2), missing one lid, I have several more items from this week's buy that I haven't gone through yet. I'm pleased with most of the items I have won through integrity but I'm just asking y'all to do better with lot descriptions; it improves your integrity and I'd like to be able to bring cash to pay once I'm proven to be a reliable buyer or you put the hold on my card and when I bring cash you accept that payment instead. I was stoked when I found this site, I should've read the reviews here first tho. I paid 300 bucks for a bunch of junk. I got a chair that was missing the hydraulic (pretty important piece, there's no chair without that part), a "heavy duty" shelving unit that was missing the stabilizers, so unuseable also. This was NOT MENTIONED IN THE LISTINGS. They charge a 30% buyers premium, so they take u your total and x 30%! and no refunds. Plus it's a hassle the way u have to pick it up. BUYERS BEWARE! My family and I have made several purchase from the auction. But the past few purchases have been horrible.... for instants, I purchased a bicycle.. there wasn't any damage or concerns list on the lot details. But when I went to assemble the bicycle the forks we severely bent. Upon inspecting the box there was writing that stated that the bicycle had bent forks. This should have been listed in the lot details.. So by time I purchased the bicycle from the auction and hired someone to repair the bent forks. I paid a lot more for this bent up bicycle then I could've paid for a brand new one. Another purchase my son made, usually if a item is used it is stated in the lot details. This item did not state it was a used item. Not only was it used it was totally worn out... In the past all items that I bought have been as described on the lot details. I don't know whats going on. But this really needs to be addressed. I don't know if I will be making any future purchases. read more

The staff has always been very friendly and worked with me when a mirror broke & when a ceiling fan didn't work by replacing the items. From all appearances this is a resale auction site. They take items, purchased wholesale from places like Amazon. However, what they appear to purchase are wholesale returns from places like Amazon. So you end up with a mix bag of some quality and some downright trash. They don't really open and inspect their items, but I don't get them impression of outright fraud. It's more like they didn't notice anything, so they didn't say anything. Except they didn't look that hard to begin with. I've gotten downright bargains (a fantastic dinner table for relatively cheap, a beautiful, large whiteboard for cheap), and outright trash (electronic locks with no bolt or lock connections, cabinets with no hardware to assemble them, an electronic sweeper with the wrong plug that would not charge - none of these defects were posted). Some have been okay (3D printer with some minor damage, but otherwise works well). TL;DR - buy with caution, you can find gems, but you can also find poop. However, Service is pretty good, and since I don't get the feeling of an intentional push to deceive, 4 stars. read more

Posts are misleading. Some mention that they're missing hardware. But most are even if not labeled. Almost everything comes broken and missing items but they don't advertise it that way. They don't check anything. They expect you to expect things that are broken and complete leaving you with useless pieces of stuff. read more

I bought an Eddie Bauer comforter with two shams missing shams after opening has two rips in it one sewn up called integrity auction and she refused to return Savon a plumbing fixture which was just supposed to be a little dirty and it was missing parts would not return it either so expect quite a bit of money there besides these two items and they treated me very poorly. I recommend going someplace else or try your luck make sure you check that thing out well before you buy it or hand them the money are used your credit card they will not refund. I would not even give them one star actually it's -10 stars the end of the end of the end of my business at this place. read more

They do not identify their items as broken I purchase 5 items at one time went to pick up and to my disappointment out of 5 things only 2 were useable the rest was trash. They were broken but in their pictures for the online auction they look like they're perfect. Parts missing on several items that I have purchased. I learned not to do business with this company ever again. Purchased a frying pan they used a picture of something other than what I purchased what I got was a used pan with burned on grease all over it I wouldn't even give it to Good Will it's trash. I enjoy seeing what is up for auction every week. You need to remember that this is stuff that could have some things tweaked. I double-check everything before I take it home. You don't have to take it. However, if you take it home, you keep it. There is a guarantee that items costing $25.00 or more will turn on. They have always stood by that guarantee with me, and I haven't had a problem. They try to help and do what they can, when they can. Also, they do post an * when you need to read about things on the items that have missing parts or dents. They try to let you know about these things when you are bidding. I appreciate the workers too. With care, I have gotten many things that have been great! I have received an exercise bike that works perfectly, a rowing machine, a stainless steel trash can, a new cat tree, dog food, bedding, a wonderful rice cooker... I have had to turn down a couple of items as I have picked them up, or return them, because not all of the parts were there for it to work. They stood by it, though, and were very accommodating I have only gone to the one in Lancaster, CA. I don't know what any others are like. read more

I have been happily playing the auction game for a while now and have normally been happy with my purchases and I still am, however the time it takes to get my items is unacceptable, today with one car and myself waiting it took an hour.... and we actually had to ask to be helped after 20 min.... same last week.... we were told after 35min that our slip didn't print and we had been missed.... we do tend to buy allot but, we are good business, I really hope the pick up process gets better... Update: 9/26/2020: Regarding the first item, Lot 194 Topvision Digital projector, I called the office to complain about the item and they told me to bring it back and when I explained that the unit turns on but does not project (not working). They gave me back my money. So I am upgrading the rating to 5 stars. I can live with some dents, scratches and imperfection on items I bought from auction but when it comes to big ticket items (i.e. electronics, TV,s keyboards, etc.) I would expect them to provide a good inspection. read more
