Quality Work, Knowledgeable, Friendly, but lacks Punctuality…read more I contacted Dino around April or May 2014 to replace a leaky water pressure reducing valve at my mom's house. Dino came by on a Thursday to evaluate the problem and provided an estimate. We scheduled to meet early the following morning as his first job, but Dino got caught up with other jobs that delayed the repair work until late in the afternoon. He completed the job in less than 2 hours and made upgrades to our dated faucet and emergency shut-off valve, which was included in the final cost. I was given a reasonable estimated amount and was told that it shouldn't cost much to repair and make replacements. We ended up paying 35-40% more than the original quoted price. We were okay with paying the final invoice price given the fact that I was unable to the job and the result of his work was better than expected. I'd recommend them to friends and family, but caution them on Dino's punctionality. UPDATE: Just recently (late June 2014), I called Dino to check on some water pressure issue that I was having at my house. He said that he would come by shortly to check on it for me and possibly make recommendations as to what's needed to resolve the problem, if any. Dino never came and must've forgot. I ended up not calling him back and MAYBE will try again some other time. It's probably best that I schedule an appointment with Dino and have him call me when he's actually at my front door waiting while I take advantage of my day to run errands. That's better than having to wait around for Dino's late show or no show.

Their price was very resonsable and on top of that they provided a senior discount. I didn't even ask for the discount.
