I want to like this company, but the scheduling experience was rough from start to finish…read more I scheduled a quote on April 16th for April 21st. The day before, I got a message that they had double booked and needed to push my time back two hours, which was fine. Then on the morning of the appointment I got a text saying they were 30 minutes away, which lined up with the original time, not the new one. I asked whether I should ignore it since we had coordinated a new time, and got no response. I eventually received the quote, accepted it, and scheduled the work. Four days later I got a nudge asking if I wanted to accept the quote I had already accepted. The day before that appointment, I got a text moving it to the following day. I called, because I had specifically arranged to be home and rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice was not ideal. I was told a piece of equipment had broken and they were behind. That is fair; it is hard work and the equipment is expensive, so I understood completely. I let them know I was free Friday through Sunday and asked them to put me back on the schedule. They booked me for Friday. Thursday night, another automated message moved it to Saturday. Fine. Saturday morning came and went with no message and no call, so I logged into the website link and found the appointment had been moved again, this time to Monday. The hardest part was that when I called, all I could reach was an AI with no way to talk to a real person. Maybe this is a new system they are still working the bugs out of. But it was unprofessional and impersonal to never once pick up the phone when something changed. A quick call would have made all the difference.
