Our dryer stopped heating and drying clothes. We borrowed a fancy vent cleaner from our neighbors to no avail. I filed a claim with our home warranty company, and they assigned Integrity Home Services to us. We filed a claim on Sunday night, and Peter called me on Monday morning to schedule an appointment. We set an appointment for Wednesday between 9 and 11 AM. Peter showed up on time (and smelling great) and got to work. He took the time to listen to what was wrong and what we had already tried. He ran the dryer to confirm and then got to work. Peter had the issue fixed in about 20 minutes. It turned out that our thermostat had burned out. He replaced it, but let us know the root cause. Our washer and dryer are too big for our laundry room, and there's not enough room behind the dryer. The hose was getting crushed, reducing the airflow. He tried his best to move our dryer out enough that the hose wouldn't be crushed without blocking our garage door. He let us know that we'll need to change the vent hose to something smaller, or this will happen again. I really love that he took the time to not just fix the issue, but to find the root cause. As a female homeowner, it's rare to feel heard, and it's far too common to be spoken to like a child. Peter was the exact opposite. He was respectful and efficient, which I really appreciate. I'm definitely calling them directly next time we have an issue. read more

I had four home fix it projects to be done. Since I am completely helpless when it comes to this, I turned to Daniel from Integrity Home Services. He suggested a date and time which was great. I needed the RO connection tightened, a new shower deflector installed, replace broken shelf holders for one cabinet in the kitchen, and toilet ball and chain adjustment (the last one needed because my fix it prowess didn't pass muster). Daniel is a personable guy who is very knowledgable. He seemed to effortlessly complete each task because he knows what he's doing and he does it well. I recommend him very highly. If you have something that needs repair or replacing, this is the person you should contact! Thanks, Daniel! read more

Customer service was awesome. Agent knew what she was doing and was very organized. Was on time.

Just beware that if you leave a bad review based on your own experience, you will receive COUNTLESS emails about how this business is updating their comment to your review (mind you this started in 2022). It's now been 3 years and I just got another one on 8/14/25. I was going to leave it alone, but this has been the single worst experience with a company. I'll give it to them though, this last comment was much more professional than the past ones. read more

I had several things on my honey do list, but my husband isn't very handy, so we decided to get a handyman. Daniel was highly recommended by a friend, so I gave him a call. I sent him my wish list with photos and we agreed on a time and price. He communicated well, arrivedin time and he is a very personable guy. He completed everything on the list and threw in a couple of minor fixes. He clearly knows what he is doing and takes pride in a job well done. Highly recommend. read more

Daniel is very reliable and thorough, everything works and looks great, thank you so much! We will definitely use his services again. read more

I have now used Daniel 3 times over the last five years, and every single time he delivered EXCELLENT service!! He's so capable and creative in addressing any issues, whether installing new light fixtures, repairing and reinstalling an iron side gate, fixing all of my outdoor lighting, or fixing my backlit address light. And he is equally a pleasure to work with!! THANK YOU!! read more

My dryer vent was so clogged that the gas would not ignite to dry my clothes. In this tract of homes, the laundry rooms are about 10-11 feet from their outside dryer vents. I hired a handyman to clean the vent but he was unsuccessful. I called Integrity Home Services for help because I liked their website. IHS took care of my problem quickly. Daniel cleaned the long vent tube in both directions, from outside and from the indoors. His clean-up work was immaculate, and now my dryer works perfectly. Integrity's website lists many other services that they do, so I'll be using them in the future for sure. read more

I didn't end up working with Integrity Home Services this time because of some timing and scheduling challenges, but I still wanted to leave a review because he genuinely impressed me. He was quick to respond, took time to understand my situation, and even referred me to someone else who could help when he realized it might not be a fit. That level of honesty and care really stood out to me -- no pressure, just someone trying to help. I really appreciated that, and I'll definitely be reaching out to him again for future projects. Good people are hard to find, and he seems like one of them. read more

I normally don't leave reviews, but I'll make time for this top-notch business. Daniel has completed three jobs for my house within the last 4 months, and I see why his business name starts with "Integrity." His prices are very reasonable. He's very professional and communicative. Not only is he on time for the job, but he goes out of his way to get the parts needed for the job. I look forward to hiring him for additional work at my house. read more

Daniel from Integrity Home Services was incredible from the moment I reached out and contacted him. He was honest, transparent, and thorough. He was able to work with me to come up with solutions and was able to handle any repair job that we threw at him. In addition, while he was waiting for texture to dry, he replaced a weather seal for me for free. Integrity's pricing was fair and a great value. We were able to get everything handled we needed to. This is my first bad review on Yelp. I always want to leave good reviews for companies to grow their business, life is not a zero sum game for me. But I cannot accept a rude and arrogance behaivor. on 06/03/2024, morning. I called them to ask about fixing some MISC issues from inspection report. He hangup my call abruptly with "I am not interested" while I was in the middle of explaining the project. IMO, that's very rude and arrogant (rude and arrogant are adjectives, not facts, they are my opinions. ) Edit: In response to business owner's reply, WOW, This makes it is harder to trust this business vendor, on top being rule he lies as well. Except the lie itself logically conflicts with what I said. He hanged up my phone abruptly before I even had a chance to be "upset and belittling" to him or show "inappropriate phone behavior". I was in the middle of explaining the project. Classic chicken and egg problem. I encourage you have some integrity to be factual to quote anything I said to support your accusiiton that I was "upset and belittling" with "inappropriate phone behavior". I am waiting to be entertained. I won't tell you guys to not go with him, please be careful. read more

Some of this may be obvious, but when you hire someone to come into your home to do work, there is always the concern of trustworthiness, honesty, and expertise. We had some average experiences with a recent home remodel and when some additional projects came up, my husband started reviewing multiple home service companies. When he came across Integrity Home Services, the reviews spoke for themselves. Fast forward to today, 4/20/23. Daniel was on time, easy to work with, honest, and delivered quality, professional work. We were very comfortable to have him in the house and an overall excellent experience. Shop around of course, but I'm confident you won't be disappointed with Integrity Home Services and Daniel's work. He's stored in our phones and will use him for any future projects. read more

Had Daniel install a few garage roof racks and bike racks . He quoted me a price over the phone based off the average ones he did . He was very professional and I decided to hire him based of his knowledge and professionalism. The day comes of the job he text me a confirmation and let me know when he'll be arriving . He arrived on time and ready to work . He said he would be done by 12 and he was done right before then which worked out perfect . The work he did was fantastic , no extra holes in our ceiling our wall , no dry wall left in our garage and very sturdy . Highly recommend him and his company as they are honest, friendly and do clean work . 5/5 stars all day long read more

I have hired Daniel for 3 jobs in my 7 figure, upscale contemporary home. The jobs had varying degrees of difficulty. He has a great personality, communicates exceptionally well, offers a fair price, does what he says, but most of all, takes tremendous care and pride in the work he performs, as well as clean up afterwards. I can trust him to leave him alone in the house to do the work, and at this point, would not contemplate hiring another company. In fact, I've scheduled him for another project this week. Don't look any further than this company, as you will not regret your hiring decision. read more

Daniel was prompt, efficient, and provided first quality work. Will use him for any future projects that might arise.

This company replied immediately. They took down what we perceived to be the problem, gave us the possible solutions and the corresponding costs and gave us the earliest scheduled repair. The repairman, Daniel, came right on time for me but still apologized for, 'being 2 minutes late." He was very professional. He placed on some clean plastic shoe covers prior to entering the house and proceeded to take a look at the problem. Daniel had a very pleasing and jovial demeanor and it felt more like dealing with an old friend rather than someone who is too technical but this is not to say that he really knew what to do and was very honest and up front. I liked dealing with this company and will do it again. read more

Great experience with Daniel! From the start he is easy to schedule with and communicated well so everyone's expectations are met. I have complete confidence that the work in my house will be done correctly. He will offer different options to ensure we choose the solution that will solve the problem and meet our budget. Super knowledgeable, honest and professional. Any job that seems outside of my wheelhouse I will happily defer to Integrity Home Services.

Lived up to the Hype! Daniel is the handyman you wish you had on all your projects. I selected Daniel because of the reviews on yelp and he did not let me down. I called and left a voicemail he promptly called me back and talked over the work that need to be done. He was booked over the next couple of days, so I decided to wait a until he was available. He called me the morning of to confirm and when he was on his way. He installed a ceiling fan, hung a chandler, installed a new door lock, hung a towel rack and fixed my leaky sink. All this for price he quoted and within the time-frame he planned. By the way did I mention his pricing is fair and upfront.....(No surprises when it came to the bill) He deserves a 10+ rating and I can honestly say I will call him for all my projects. Thank you, Daniel, for being fair, honest, upfront and trust worthy! If you only he fixed cars .....:) read more

It's been a minute or 6 years since I updated this review. Guessing it's time! Integrity Home Services is a family owned business that truly cares for its customers. I am a hero for recommending Daniel and Integrity Home Services! I found him on Yelp and was impressed with his reviews so when we needed to replace 8 smoke detectors and have two lighting fixtures replaced, I sent the number to my husband. He returned our call immediately, my husband talked to him about what needed to be done and Daniel told him that while he has a full supply of smoke detectors on his truck, that he would like to earn our business for more than just one job, so he suggested saving a couple of bucks by ordering the models on Amazon. We were wowed by his honesty. We ordered them and he showed up on time to replace. He was in and out in no time. What a friendly guy. He charges by the hour and he does not round up...the time he spends is the time you're charged for. Later in the day, one of our smoke alarms kept beeping. We called him and he immediately called us back. He thought we got a bad alarm so we grabbed a new one from Lowe's and he was right. But he called after just to make sure there were no other problems and to see if there was anything else we needed. Thank you YELP for introducing us to Daniel and Integrity...they now have one more loyal customer. We will be calling him again!! read more
