Said intruders aren't just here to steal, they're here to be assholes. They steal vessel sinks on the top floor and let that running water run, run, run throughout the walls, down to the first floor onto those precious wood floors that were installed just a few days before. What do you do? Well, you can start with thanking God that Kate Fry is on your side. I ended up backing out of the deal and purchasing a different home but that's not what this review is about. This review is about the force that is Kate Fry with Everhart Studio Real Estate. This was all such a learning process for me and thanks to her, I was able to have it all broken down in Layman's terms for easier digestion. Kate and I hit it off and I think that's due in large part to her no-nonsense tactics that for a lack of better terms "get shit done" in a professional and prompt manner. I know I was definitely on the bottom of her totem pole as far as dinero to spend goes, but she never treated me any differently for it. She even took the time to meet with me in person to go through the mortgage documents step by step. Kate is especially knowledgeable in the downtown and historical home markets. Which, fortunately for me, my final home purchase fell into both categories. Consider this my second "thank you" note if you see this, Kate!

I am trying to work out issues in a professional and adult manner and they are being childish and unprofessional. Ignoring questions that I send and responding with answers like "review your lease". I wouldn't be reaching out if I saw the answer in my non-existent lease (because they never sent me the updated one I was supposed to get in January of this year (yes I did ask for it multiple times)). Another great example is an email chain where every email I sent had a valid question about my water bill, which Tasheana gladly ignored, up until I finally texted them this weekend and their response was "submit this to your portal". I can go on about the issues I've had and I'm sure I'll get a response blaming me for everything because they're so perfect but this is just the 2 cents of a girl that lived there for ~15 months

I rely heavily on people's reviews of businesses before I decide to give them my business. I…read morewanted to write this review on T&H Realty Services because they are deserving of the recognition. I am an out-of-state investor (I live in CA) but own property in Greenwood, IN that is managed by T&H. When my business partner and I purchased this property it was managed by a different PM who we stayed with upon acquisition. After about a year of terrible service, we decided to change PM companies. We landed with T&H. At the time of this review, we've been working with T&H approx 1.5 years. I typically handle more of the repair/maintenance issues with the property and my business partner usually handles more of the admin side of things. With a construction background, I stay connected to what R&M are being done at my properties. With that said, I've dealt with and have worked a lot with Tanya Carmen, one of T&H's PM's. Tanya is responsible for the move-out and on-boarding inspections and reports and I must say, she does an incredible job. She is very thorough and has great attention to detail. When my business partner and I purchased this property, unfortunately it wasn't very 'turn key' which has made Tanya's job much more involved getting things up to their standards. Tanya is very easy to work with, has prompt communication and just an overall great person! If you are looking for a professional PM company that cares about your property and their tenants, T&H is a sound choice. James
