Unfortunately, the house turned out to be completely (& very visibly) infested with mold. If he actually inspected the house, he either had to have seen it & did not include it in the report (highly unethical) OR he never noticed how bad the condition of the house was (extremely negligent). There is no other possible explanation. A week after we moved in, I ended up in the hospital with mold-related issues & later developed a serious illness triggered by the mold; now I will be ill the rest of my life with mast cell dysfunction. We also ended up spending over $14K in the first month just to get the mold mitigated - and there's still more to be done. Even if Mike had just written one simple phrase, something like, "Evidence of possible mold," it would have changed everything. I would not be seriously ill & we would not have had to spend all that money on mold mitigation. This was a very sick house when we moved in. We paid & relied on Mike as a licensed professional inspector to help us with our home purchase by reporting on any problems. But through his unethical behavior or at least negligence, he did not include the biggest & most serious issue of all, which gave us a false sense of security & therefore lead us to buy the house thinking there were only a few easy-to-fix minor problems. We will be paying for it the rest of our lives. Please do not rely on Mike Mills do give you a thorough, accurate inspection report.

The team came out quickly to inspect, and were back quickly to apply the chemicals. They did a thorough job making sure every area both around the house and inside the house was properly covered. The team was very professional, polite and friendly. All around a great experience for being a bad situation. It appears to have done the trick, as I have not seen any more termite activity, and it's been several months.
