We had our session via google meet which I had never used before, but it was very easy to use and the video/audio quality was very clear and did not cut out at all. Using the information I submitted on my intake form, he did a comprehensive review of my current diet, activity level, medications, and addressed any other concerns I had noted. He helped me set personal goals that are attainable and helped me create a plan to achieve those goals. It was very personalized, as he tailored it to what I enjoy/am comfortable with doing. Matt is a great listener and maintained a very calm approach. It was so easy to talk to him! He sent me my personalized plans on how to reach my goals after our video session. On Saturday I helped my husband move an item that was too heavy for me. Midway through the chore, I…read morefelt my back and let go on my right side. My back was in immediate pain and I was unable to do much of anything the rest of the day as well as on Sunday. As I compensated for my back, I also strained my wrist on the same side. I knew about Kristi's post-accident sessions and connected with her on Monday morning. I was thrilled that she fit me in for this session; she worked on me for about 30 minutes, bringing to my attention some underlying emotional aspects that can "speak" through this area of the back. As she worked and spoke with me, I could feel some of those previously unconscious concerns lift off of me. She worked no only on my low back and my wrist but integrated her energy work throughout my entire body. At the end of the session, as I got up, I was shocked that I had no pain doing what just minutes before had really hurt. I have experienced Kristi's healing abilities with helping to release unconscious thoughts and patterns that can hold one back. Kristi has been my go to energy healer for several years for wellness tune ups, ill health, and…read moreinjuries. I do not take Rx drugs and have found her natural healing ways far more effective than western medical with or without Rx prescriptions. I go to her for pain relief for injuries. Her healing energy always speeds up the healing process too. Recently I was diagnosed with macular degeneration in one eye. A "wet" break was detected ie a bleed. She started working on it that day. I did go to the specialist who's images showed a decrease in the size. He said sometimes the images are different. I told him about Kristi and what we'd been doing. He said he doesn't disagree or question anything anymore. He's realizing alternative ways are working for "some" people. At least he's open!!
