The spa is located with the North Conway Grand Hotel right behind the outlets! We weren't actually sure where to go once inside the hotel - so I would say they do need to move the signage upstairs to the first floor - but we asked the front desk and they directed us down the stairs where we did see the signage! When we walked in we were greeted by a super friendly woman who checked us in. The space is small but warm. We had a nice couples massage. The room was nice and also warm and inviting - what you would expect for a spa. Our therapists were great and massages were exactly what we needed! I was seen within a half hour of my arrival by Geraldine Lau DNP, APRN. I felt she was very attentive and really listened. The nurse who checked me in was fantastic as well. She didn't go immediately to medication but gave me practical things to do to address my condition. That afternoon I got a call from her recommending specific exercises and also an over the counter product that might provide relief. I am extremely pleased with the care I received today. I highly recommend Conway Walk-in Clinic and especially Geraldine Lau.

This place was easy to book, was super accommodating, provided great service and were super friendly! The outside looks like a little red barn and inside was clean and had a relaxing/homey feeling! After a day of snowboarding (for the first time) my calves and feet were needing some attention so I ditched the slopes for the spa on day two of our trip. Although a full body massage sounded nice, I went for the Trail Mix Leg & Foot Treatment (50 Minutes at $65). This leg and foot was just what the doctor ordered! It begin with me turning on the massage chair ;) and a roasted chestnut soak and callous removal. For the next 35-40 mins my treatment included a whipped honey scrub, a skin softening chocolate mask, hot towels, a leg & feet massage with vanilla bourbon oil, lotion, & hot stones and finally ended with a Honey Heel Glaze treatment to lock in moisture -- and my feet and legs are still silky soft! At first Tarin was very gentle and I was worried the massage would be mediocre, but she blew it out of the water with the perfect deep massage on my calves and feet... She could feel how tight they were and really dug in. It was just what I needed! I do want to notate and give a shout out to Tarin for the awesome customer service when I was in a bind after making an appointment. My boyfriend went to the slopes and I was on my own... When I went to start the car it wouldn't start and as you know in this area, there is a lack of transportation if it's not to a ski resort. I called to explain the situation and she instantly said she would block off a little time after my scheduled appointment time to give me a little wiggle room to get there, and if for some reason, it didn't work out that she would not charge me a cancellation fee. This was so kind and accommodating, and I very much appreciated that understanding and willingness to be flexible despite my situation. It ease my mind they gave me time to figure out a way to get there and still enjoy my time without being stressed. Not all places will be this kind and accommodating, so I come in a small town spa for doing so! Like I said 10 out of 10 experience, I already told my boyfriend I'd be happy to come back to the area and if we do, I will definitely be making an appointment to come back here! However; although I was there to comfort and aid my partner, wife, and very best friend for a life, I was amazed at how brave she was, she meditated before going in and then she was just calm cool and collected. I think I was absolutely more nervous than she was. I definitely was. So I waited around for a while until she came out which actually ,the operation didn't take very long. You came out actually smiling, even though she had a glass patch over her eye, she looked comfortable she was so happy. It wasn't a big deal. And now she was going to be fed. The attendant who is Duane, has to be once one of the most kind ,compassionate, caring, nurses. He was actually what I would say remarkable . He took time to not just explain how her aftercare was supposed to go. He made sure neither one of us had any questions We had complete understanding of the next process. The drops that have to be paid in when they have to be taken everything seems so simple now. My dear wife is not in any pain. She says it was no big deal. She never even mentioned a scalpel. I don't want to forget Roberta. Roberta is another one. I swear I don't know where you get these exceptional human beings to work for you. They're not just great at what they do, they're exceptional. They can relate to people as most people never could , it's is so easy for them.
