The name says it all. We needed new tile and carpeting for our condo here on the Island and wanted it done when we were back home and the condo was empty. We interviewed a few people for the job until we met Bob Rogers of Integrity Flooring. He was very professional and spent over an hour and a half with us at our condo answering all our questions. We immediately felt comfortable with him and hired him for the job as he assured us it would be completed by the time our daughter arrived for a vacation the last week of June. The job involved removing carpeting and tile (jackhammers etc) installing new tile and most importantly knowing the rules and regulations of our condo association and abiding by them. He assured us the condo would be ready by the time our daughter came down. Well, weren't we surprised when we received text pictures a couple of weeks later showing the job done to perfection. We couldn't believe it but it was confirmed by our daughter who showed up to a more clean than expected condo. His crew was highly professional (as commented on by our security staff) and the condo was left in a much cleaner state than we had anticipated. We highly recommend him. When we bought our coach home in Fiddler's Creek in Naples, we knew we would replace the white carpet in the main living areas with tile. After meeting with Bob Rodgers and calling his references, we felt confident that we had found the company we wanted to hire to do our project. Bob and Melanie (his office manager) were instrumental in helping us pick a tile that would coordinate with our existing kitchen tile, which had been discontinued. Bob was also very knowledgeable regarding our community's requirements when it came to installing tile in a second floor unit. In addition to our tile project, we replaced the white carpet on the main stairway to our home with a medium-toned carpet with a pattern. This stairway is challenging because it is L-shaped and has four pie-shaped steps. Bob and his crew made sure that our new carpet, which has a subtle linear pattern, was laid exactly right on the pie-shaped steps, in addition to the normal rectangular shaped steps. Bob kept us updated throughout the project and our home was left VERY clean once the project was completed.
