If I could give this place a negative star I would. I used this company for my wedding limo service (September 2015) and was delivered poor customer service. At first I thought I was supporting a small business with integrity, but I was wrong. The owner seemed very nice and thorough up to the day of the wedding, but completely dropped the ball and that is why I really would love to give my experience a -. Long story short I paid for a simple basic package , decorations to match our wedding colors in the limo, a champagne toast and ride to our reception venue which was less than 5 miles away from the church. Reservations & payment were made several months in advance, so the company had ample time to prepare. The day of the wedding the driver was on time, but we were running late. We used our alloted 15 min wait time and also had our coordinator tell the driver we would pay the additional cost for the additional 15 mins we were taking with the photographer. We make it outside to the limo and it's BLACK and not the white one we requested, there are no decorations in the limo except the same old purple and yellow stuff that was in the limo when we visited the company in June to look at the limos (My wedding was in September). There was nothing with our wedding colors of pink, gold, black or white and no champagne toast. The driver offered us water. Totally blew our moment & photo - op session and opportunity for memories. The driver was nice and apologized for the mix up and said he was unaware of the details in our contract. He said the owner had only told him to pick us and drop us off. We get to our venue and our guest were arriving and walking in. We were getting ready to get out the limo and the driver told us to wait because that was the least he could do was give us a few minutes for our coordinator to come out since such much had gone wrong. I was still upset with the owner, but thought the driver was trying to improve the terrible customer service experience we had thus far. Well, I was wrong! When I called the owner he at first apologized and told me he had a lot going on event wise and "If I looked at his Facebook page I could see". That was no excuse and my wedding is the only event I cared about. He offered to give my husband and I a limo service date night, but I did not trust he would live up to his word. I declined and instead asked for a portion of our payment back. Long story short after several not so pleasant emails from him, lies about him having conversations with the driver while we were in the limo, lies about us being over an hour late, we were only offered $60 with an expiration date to accept his offer. Which was a slap in the face we only paid a little over $200 ( including overage fees for being 30mins late). I can't remember the exact $ amount now, but I only asked for $105 back. Felt that was the least the owner could have done. We got nothing back! I was going to take him to court just on principle, but my husband told me to leave it alone. Then later I am sharing my experience with a coworker at the hospital I worked at and she had used the same company the year before for her wedding. Apparently this owner lacked "integrity" with her too and she too had poor service. She said her father warned her against using this comapny but she too thought the owner seemed so nice and wanted to give him a chance. So brides/grooms beware! The resonable wedding packages are not worth the headache and you definitely won't get what you pay for. You will pay for service you won't receive and then be called a lie when you try to call him out on not holding up the contract agreements. We have since moved from the Chicago area twice now since our September 2015 wedding, which is why I have taken so long to do this review. However, today I was thinking about my experience and I had to post my review so no one else fell victim to the false promises/breach of contract like we did. This stil haunts me! I am so glad we went with the company out of Lombard, IL for our party buses for our bridal party because I can only imagine how that situation would have went using this comapny's buses.
