great work by Antonio and his crew! this is the third time he and his crew have worked for us. this time he cleaned and checked our gutters and planted multiple new bushes. great price and great work. Highly recommend! read more

I had my shared fence replaced in December 2023 and recently noticed some issues with the installation while I was working on the roof. I would have never seen this if it wasn't for the ladder and the top down view. As you can see in the photo, several screws completely missed the structural post and are just hanging in the gap. It's frustrating to see "professional" work where the hardware doesn't actually connect the fence to the support. I really expected better quality control than this. If you use them, I'd recommend double-checking the joints yourself to make sure everything is actually secured. I made the mistake of never checking until now. read more

Scheduled a good neighbor fence replacement (approx 100') through Yelp. Of all the responders, Integrity Fence (Brian) was the only one whom I met face to face. Asked lots of questions and was very pleased w the responses. The crew leader, Bud, and one other arrived on time (0800) to begin the demo. By the time the other 2 members of the crew arrived, the old fence was removed, and all post holes were punched and cleared out. They were very efficient in getting the job done. I believe the last picket was in by 1230. One of the crew members kept the worksite clean...picking up empty cement bags and all the scrap lumber. I would definitely hire Integrity Fence again. Thank you!! read more

Will hire again! We had been dealing with fencing companies since August trying to get our back fence replaced. We have a 65 foot long fence that was built on a retaining wall. The large company we were trying to work with just couldn't get the estimate and job details clear after multiple visits to both ours and our neighbors property. I was so fed up! I asked my husband to find a reputable small local company and he found us Integrity Fence. Brian came out, looked at the job and said he can take it on in a couple weeks! He gave us a detailed and very descriptive estimate with multiple add-on options and a breakdown of the cost for each. There was little confusion, and we were able to come to an easy compromise with the owners of the neighboring property. Integrity fence was an absolute joy to have on our property! They are friendly and maintained professionalism while we had other contractors working in the back yard as well. They cleaned up their job site and disposed of our old fence. The fence is stunning and currently holding up against direct 35MPH gusts with ease. We are so pleased! I 10 out of 10 recommend hiring Integrity fence for your upcoming fence project! They are professional, they have excellent communication, their estimates are easy to understand and very clear on the work to be performed. Bonus points that they are a local, family owned and operated business! read more

We just moved to Citrus Heights and our new home had a 9' fence that was falling in. We posted an Angie and Jeff responded immediately. he was 1 of 5 quotes we received. I was working with my neighbor to replace the fence and he had a lot of questions. Jeff was very patient, answered all of our questions and even made a second trip out to finalize the project. Bud is a true craftsman. his attention to detail was amazing. the Fence and gate he installed was extraordinary. the quality of materials was also top notch. Brian dropped off the material, inspected the work and worksite cleanup, then removed the old materials, scraps and cleaned the area where the items were located. my neighbor and I are very satisfied. The gate Bud built was so good, that I hired them to replace the gate on the opposite side of my house. Bud was there 2 days later and we couldn't be happier! Their pricing was very competitive, and I would highly recommend their company to anyone looking for an amazing experience with very good people! read more

Had these guys come and put up a fence and gate for me last year. Everything came out perfectly. Then about 9 months in, I noticed that the post had warped slightly causing the gate to stick against the wall. Called them up and they came by and made some adjustments to fix the issue. I appreciate a company that will stand by their work and do what's right for the customer. Shout out to Brian, Jeff, and Bud for making this such an easy and wonderful experience. read more

My fence blew down in the national disaster storm of '23. I interviewed with 6 different fence companies and found Brian at Integrity to offer the best advice as well as a competitive quote. Understandably and due to high demand, it took several weeks to get his very busy crew out but once they were here they did a very thorough and top notch job. Not to mention very friendly guys. Any questions and concerns I had were immediately answered and rectified. The proof is in the pudding and the final product looks superb! My family is very pleased, and we are enjoying the newfound privacy. Jokingly, when the neighbors ask why I selected Integrity Fence, I joke and say, "They answer the phone when it rings." We had Integrity install a fence and two gates. They were professional throughout the project. First, they did the best job among all contractors interviewed in answering our questions about their construction techniques before we received an estimate. The estimate was typed, easy to read, complete and competitive. The contract was delivered and could be signed online using their customer relationship software. Their redwood supplier mistakenly ran out of stock on they lumber they had ordered, and therefore substituted a higher grade of lumber than originally ordered. Integrity used this superior lumber on our project at no extra charge. They showed up for work on time on the days they said they would, and responded quickly to emails. The quality of the work was excellent, and there were no charges other than those specified in the contract. I would definitely use them again. read more

We had a small problem with our gate (due to someone slamming our gate, not due to construction) and when I messaged them they got right back to me. Jeff came out the same week and fixed the problem, gave us a quote for another small job and had that done within 3 weeks. I can't say enough great things about these guys! read more

We hired Integrity Fence and Gate to do a horizontal fence with small gate in June 2023. This is a family run business, ran by Brian and Jeff - both of whom are amazing. Brian responded to my Yelp inquiry, scheduled a free consultation, answered my many questions with patience on the spot, and provided a quote a few short days later. We had about 5 different quotes for our fence needs, and Integrity Fence was the best of them all. Integrity Fence also works with the city/county and PGE to receive the appropriate permissions to build and were able to accomplish this in an incredibly fast 1.5 days total. They were even kind enough to replace a few boards extra boards elsewhere on my property too. We cannot recommend Integrity fencing enough. The fence came out better than we imagined. Integrity Fence can help build your fence too! Thank you Integrity Fence! read more

Integrity Fence and Gate recently built a beautiful fence and two gates for us. Brian helped us throughout the bid and contracting process, answering our many questions with professionalism and patience. During the construction the workers were very polite and professional. We had many plants within about a foot of the fence line and were worried most of them would not survive. The workers were very careful during the building process and we were relieved that only one or two small plants were damaged. During the building process and after the build was complete, Jeff stopped by to check everything was going well. He was also a pleasure to speak with and kept us comfortable the project was under the appropriate level of oversight. Overall, we would highly recommend Integrity Fence and Gate due to the high quality product, reasonable price, professionalism and responsiveness. read more

Love Integrity Fence and Gate! From the owner Jeff who helped me to work through some fence/neighbor issues and Brian who came out to give me a quote, to the crew, Bud, Christian and Angel and of course Savannah! They just finished a 60-foot good neighbor fence for me and a 5 ft. front facing piece. The guys did a great job. The wood is beautiful, workmanship is perfect, and they were professional, friendly, on time at 7 am and gone by 1:30. Bud and Christian were attentive to my goofy grading on my fence line and resolved the issue to result in a perfectly even, beautiful fence. They did a great job! I used them last year and I won't hesitate to use them again. Thank you, Integrity Fence and Gate! read more

We recently used integrity fence for two fairly long runs of fencing between our house and our neighbor. Every step of the process was clear, competitive, and smooth. We had a one day delay from weather, but that was nobody's fault. The guys showed up early, worked fast, and got the job done beautifully in exactly the time they claimed it would take. We have a ton of plants and landscaping, which were all well cared for during the process. Other neighbors and family members in the area were impressed and asked for business cards, so we are spreading referrals around like crazy. Fences are very expensive and stressful to hire out, and hopefully this review inspires confidence in the quality and value Integrity Fence offers. read more

It was a please talking with Brian today. I posted a fencing project on Yelp and his company immediately responded. To date, I have received 2 other estimates but Brian spent extra time, after walking my property, explaining the various aspects of the project and the impact some of these items will have on the final cost for me. This was valuable information and helped me understand some of the prices quoted in the other estimates. Money is always a factor when selecting a bid award, however, customer service is very important as well. So my final choice will not be based totally on the lowest estimate but my total review of the company and their representative. Brian provided more detailed information and gave me a clearer understanding of what was involved in meeting my project requirements. I look forward to receiving his bid and hope I'm able to select his company. Brian knows his business and enjoys his job!! Thank you Brian! read more

I highly recommend this company!!! This is a family owned and veteran friendly business. From start to finish it's been a pleasure working with Brian and his father in law. I sent some pictures of what type of fencing I wanted and he exceeded my expectations! Their prices are reasonable and the quality of work is worth a lot more than what was quoted. Thank you gentlemen for completing my front yard project!! I am a very happy and satisfied customer and will highly recommend you guys to all my family and friends looking for beautiful quality fencing. read more

If I could give a zero I would. Absolutely zero communication with this company. Took months to get on the books, which I understand, but then cancelled twice before finally coming out. At which point they did not lay the fencing in the same way we previously had it with the neighbor and did not even ask me if that was an ok option...after requesting a copy of my signed contract several times, I received no response via email. The estimate I had was apparently to be thrown out the window as they charged me an extra $450 on the day they collected payment...$450!?! Said they made a typo on the estimate/contract I signed...which again I still don't have a copy of. Absolutely HORRIBLE, I will never recommend this company to anyone, nothing but excuses, terrible communication and customer service read more

Would not get back to me on a quote, even though I had already done business with him and after he came over so that he could give me a quote. I texted and called both his numbers but he never responded. So, I did get another contractor and did get additional quotes from other contractors. read more

We have been putting off the last 1/3 of our fence replacement, as we knew it was going to be a challenging job. We have a fence that borders two neighbors at different heights, so we needed the fence replaced, a retaining wall replaced, a gate replaced, and a new gate installed. We got three bids, and I wanted to accept Integrity because they had the best bid. My husband wanted to accept Integrity, because he was impressed with Jeff's knowledge. The team did an amazing job. They made the fence look so much better where it drops down in height. The gates are beautiful and are so well balanced. They finished the job today, and we couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again. read more

Great service, friendly and easy going staff, quick response, good price. After requesting a quote, Brian was over the very next day and a day later I received a quote just as he indicated. Brian explained everything that his crew would be doing. Discussed that he would also introduce himself to my neighbors to see if they had any questions. While I waited to receive other quotes Brian called to ask if I had any additional questions. I received several quotes and Integrity Fence and Gate was not the lowest BUT they didn't didn't talk down to me because I was a woman! Nor did they try to get me to hurry and make a decision. Integrity Fence and Gate rebuilt a fence in my backyard between two neighbors in less than 2 days. One of my neighbors requested that they use a different type of wood for two (2) boards and Jeff graciously went out of his way and picked up the two boards for her.... Then my other neighbor asked that they use a different type of material instead of the standard 4x4 beams. Again, Jeff didn't hesitate. He accommodated the requests of both my neighbors. But this is the icing on the cake - When they were done rebuilding my fence I handed Jeff my credit card. He smiled and said I'm sorry didn't Brian tell you that we don't take credit cards. I'm sure he did but I just didn't remember. Jeff told me not to worry about it and that I could just send them a check. WOW, that was awesome. Brian, Jeff and team thank you. I love the fence. THANK YOU!! read more

Working with Brian at Integrity Fence was great. He explained the process of our challenging fence that required 2 or 3 steps and gave us suggestions on the best way to address it. Made me a custom iron gate...looks awesome. The painting of it was ok but actual gate is solid!

Our fence project was just completed. We had a back fence in serious need of replacement. We were quoted a very reasonable price and a 3 week timeframe based on the weather and numerous storms. On the 3rd week our fence was being done. Brian was very easy to work with from the day he came out to give us an estimate to the day we spoke to him when the fence was completed. Very impressed with Jeff, the owner who personally worked on our gate and stressed that the quality of their work was their priority. I would have no problem recommending them. Integrity/Isbell Fencing did a great job replacing our fence. I am surprised by the negative review. Brian was quick to respond to my quote request. He actually ended up calling and coming a few days early to quote the job in the rain when others had rescheduled due to weather. I got the quote quickly. It wasn't the cheapest, but it wasn't the most expensive either. A fence is very expensive with current lumber prices, but his quote was reasonable considering. Brian followed up a couple weeks later (we were still gathering quotes) to see if we had any questions or had made a decision. I chose them because I like to support small family businesses and they seemed reliable, which is so uncommon in construction. Our job did get pushed back a day because they ran long on another job due to the crazy heat and then another day because they weren't happy with the boards they received. Brian was transparent and communicated all this clearly. When I was stressed about being done for the memorial day weekend he assured me it would be. They worked hard and did this huge job in 2 days, communicated with me and my neighbor throughout, and cleaned up after themselves. I feel confident recommending them. read more

Very professional! They arrived on time for estimate and work. They were also very knowledgeable about fence and woods.

Recent storm left us with a fence that was on life support and needed attention. I submitted a request for estimate on Saturday and received a message not 20 minutes after that. Brian scheduled an appointment to review the damage and estimate the cost of repair or replacement of the fence. He came as scheduled and was professional, knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. It's refreshing to work with someone who is truly professional in every sense of the word. This is someone I would recommend to my closest friends. read more

We used Integrity Fence and Gate for installing over three hundred feet of steel posted, redwood fencing and four gates, including a custom 12 ft rolling gate. The quality of work was very good, they completed the work per the schedule they laid out (even with all the rain this December), and their price was extremely fair. The work was done in a thoughtful way so that our yard was secure every night and our pets did not escape. We are very happy with the new fence and gates, and have received many compliments from neighbors. We highly recommend Integrity Fence and Gate. read more

I tried to use Isbell Fencing (who has now changed their name to Integrity) as they were referred to us by a long time family friend who is friends with Jeff. They were first supposed to come out and see the job but didn't come out or call. That was fine as I haven't been in a super huge hurry. Then Brian came out, looked at the job, said he would provide a quote in a few days. After following up twice I still have not received a quote. Just tried calling again and it went to voicemail.
