Is I called the company and asked how much the price they pay for clean yellow brass and clean red brass is? As the country and Arizona/ Phoenix price is $2.83 for clean yellow brass and up to $3.43 clean red brass. As we all know copper is through the roof and thus brass being made with some copper is effected by that- HIS ANSWER! Clean yellow brass we pay .65 a pound and red clean brass we pay .75 !!!!!! This is literally stealing from people on the mountain. As if we get $2.83 a pound in Phoenix then you know the company probably gets double that per pound as they have to make money and ship and sell it in bulk etc- meaning this guy offering 20% of what the country average is - he is stealing from people and making 800% off your back for every pound- SHAME ON THIS OWNER WHO "is trustworthy and came from the valley " sadly, with being the only scrap yard in hundreds of miles he knows he has a monopoly almost all people won't drive 3.5 hours one way to Phoenix to sell scrap. Too bad I'm not most people and have A lot of brass that won't be helping his business.... you gotta think too, what are his other business practices like if he steals from everybody on scrap

He immediately installed the 500 gal tank, he was very respectful of the placement it's location, and cleaned up to perfection. Ron is clearly a very hard worker, working into the late evening. He made sure this customer was very satisfied. The Pre-buy was several hundred dollars lower then my previous Gas company. I can not say enough of the great service Stepp Propane provides. The speed limit is 15 mph through the roundabout and the law is that a vehicle yields to anyone in the circle. I'm pretty knowledgeable about my gadgets, I've had everything Apple has to offer from the IPod…read moreNano back in the day, IPod Touch and IPad, plus many Alexa gadgets and a Kindle Fire in there at one point as well, but I guess I learned something today myself. For the past few days I've only been able to fit one charging cord in my iPad as opposed to any of the 4-5 I have plugged in all the time, and the cord that did fit was really loose and would fall out if you didn't sit it just right and then was very spotty about it's charging. It would start, stop, start, stop, and so on and it occurred to me there might be something in the charging port. I was right. I do pay for Apple Care but didn't want to send my iPad away for a week or whatever so I looked up here on the mountain. I also didn't want to try it myself because if you screw up your USB port on a several hundred dollar gift from your girlfriend, you might not have a girlfriend for much longer- lol. I asked Isaac if he was Apple certified over the phone and he said yes, he in fact, was. I didn't actually think to verify it while there but that was because he fixed my iPad in about half a second with I believe it was a teeny set of tweezers, then told me that some USB charging cords actually have two pieces on the end (charging part) plug of the cord, then there's the plug then over it which is the safety mechanism, a kind of coating I guess that locks the cord into the iPad, you know it's there when you hear that little click and the iPad locks into place. Anyway, I guess when I pulled out the cord recently the safety coating stayed locked in the iPad and the cord came out without it, which is why it was so loose and no other cord would go into the port. Isaac fixed it in no time, wiped down my screen even and was trying to get some spots off it but had no luck because I told him they were inside the glass, not out, because the bottom right corner of my iPad has a little bit of a gap from where the glue dried up and came off. He recommended I do send into Apple for that and I probably will at some point but not right now. But he did this and told me not even to worry about paying for it, it was so quick. I told him for my fee I will write a review and post it everywhere so here it is. 5 star service.

Look at the condition of this place, it will tell you what you need to know - marked deferred maintenance. The roof over my unit leaked and soaked all of my stuff over the SUMMER! I could have sued (got lots of photos, and the professional opinions of a contractor and an experienced mover who saw immediately that leaks down beam were due to very worn condition of roof), but given that I moved cross country, it wasn't worth all the trouble. Spend a little more money and go across the street or to another responsible facility. You won't have to risk the loss of all your items.
