Nope,, we definitely, 100% dealt w/ Mr. Silverman, he even gave us hos business card after the one visit we had with him on 9/18/2017 (which he claims was never in their system). I completely understand things get hectic, and my husbamd and I are extremely patient, friendly, and flexible. However, to completelty blow off a client, is unacceptable and frankly, rude.
