I completely understand things get hectic, and my husbamd and I are extremely patient, friendly, and flexible. However, to completelty blow off a client, is unacceptable and frankly, rude. They claimed we had cast iron pipes that needed replacing, even though the plumbing is brand new and there is not a single inch of cast iron in the house. They also contradicted themselves regarding the exterior grading and whether the yard needed to be releveled. To top it off, they claimed our insulation was not properly done--which is a joke considering the entire house (walls, attic, and basement) was just completely updated by Mass Save right before the inspection. To make matters worse, the inspector turned our air conditioning down from 80° to 70° and left it there. It ran constantly for almost a month before we caught it, costing us a massive amount of money on our utility bill. Inaccurate, careless, and completely disrespectful of our property. One star."
