They have a $125 minimum, which isn't bad as if you try and do it yourself with the rental cleaners, once you have rented the equipment, accessories and bought the shampoo, you're at $100 right there. They also will vacuum prior to starting the cleaning, however, I opted to do that before our technician arrived. Our appointment time was between 8:45 am and 9--something. Our technician, Aaron, arrived right at 8:45 AM. He was nice and polite and measured all the rooms prior so that we knew the fee prior to his starting the work. He did advise us that a few stains, RED GATORADE IS THE DEVIL, probably wouldn't come out due to the dyes that Gatorade uses. Aaron was finished by 10 AM or so (we just had 3 rooms, not the entire house, cleaned) and we were told to allow about 5 hours to let the carpets dry. It's been about that long and the carpets look great, even with the red Gatorade stains, they're at least a little less red than they had been. I will definitely use them in the future.
