My husband called ahead of time to get a quote on a diagnostic on my car since we weren't sure what was happening and they offered a free 15 minute inspection. Once we got to the shop they were able to figure out what was happening after inspecting everything. They sent me a detailed list of things that should be worked on as well as things that may need servicing in the future. My main problem was I needed to have my engine mount replaced. The original guy helping us was really honest in recommending different mounts. He let us know the factory made mount would be more expensive but probably not worth the extra price as the other option would work just as well. After going through the inspection I left my car at the shop for the repairs and they ordered my husband and I an uber to take us back home. I got a call a couple hours later letting me know the repairs were done but one more repair could be done for some extra security. I asked them to do this repair as well and picked up my car a couple hours later. The repairs took about 3 hours total. When I eventually went to pick up my car a different guy was helping us out. He was really personable and gave us a discount on the extra repair. He also took care of the undercarriage on my car that was hanging out at no charge. On top of this, because it was my first time coming to the shop, I got a 10% discount on the labor cost. I was very happy with the service and didn't feel like I had to fork out an arm and a leg to repair my car. My car runs smoothly now and I will definitely use this shop in the future for any other car problems I might have.
